Hello! This needs to be unranked for a couple reasons.
Only 73% of the mp3 is mapped, which is unrankable unless there is a good reason for it (like if there is a storyboard). You'll need to cut the mp3. 02:11:631 is a good place, since it's a little after where the video ends.
soft-hitwhistle2 has an extremely long attack, that is, buildup till the perceived beat. This makes the sound sound like it is 45 ms off! Here's a picture, notice where the sound sharply climbs http://puu.sh/7ZXLH.png
soft-hitnormal3 has a long attack, 10 ms actually. A couple maps have a modified version. Here's an edit I made for someone earlier http://puu.sh/7Smky make sure to rename it to the proper filename.
On Insane, 00:56:921 (1) - has its repeat under a previous circle. On skins with solid hitbursts this is unreadable. To maximize playability it would be better to not have this repeat under the circle.
