General:

-- Countdown settings seem to be inconsistent in the Insane diffs with others.
-- Disable Letterbox? Though it has no effect<<

Hard:

00:06:372 (2,3,4) - This fits the song, but not the map. Considering there isn't any long stream like this, deleting (2,4) will make more sense. Also right before this part, the maps was quite slow, and this kind of stream may feel quite sudden.
00:20:744 (6) - Add Whistle at the start.
00:22:315 (6) - NC
00:29:540 (1) - Hmm.. Why speed change? I can't find any major reason from the song, and this doesn't feels well.
01:05:194 (4,5) - Add Finish. Currently sounds too empty.
01:16:503 (1,2) - These mini-hold(?) sliders didn't fit the music for me. Maybe this is too odd,, Please make a little bit straighter.

Well, I'm not sure if it's really ok t use 1/1 so often. It's 190 BPM, tho. But 00:18:545 (1,2,3) - 00:21:529 (1,2) - these patterns are too hard for sure. It's 1/2 on 190 BPM song! On the easiest diff! Think about beginners! D: I think you should avoid ANY 1/2 patterns here.
Note: at least reduce OD by one tick :< It'll work, too!
00:33:624 (1) - nazi just make it symmetrical with (2). So, it will look ultra-cool, like this neat and cute pattern :3
00:54:985 (2) - nazi - try to curve this slider in another way, like this smooth curve
01:15:090 (3,4) - nazi - blanket please. I know, you know how to make ultra-cut blankets. :3

Rhythm is too hard, and it need some more opinions. But flow and patterns are great!

[Normal]

Increase HP Drain by one tick. So, we will keep diff settings more balanced and diff will be a little bit more challenging for players!
00:05:980 (1,1) - diff itself is hard enough. Don't make it even harder with double spinners. :< Second one is hard to notice for average-skilled player.
00:12:262 (3) - dooon't. Please don't. 2x reversed sliders are annoying for players. First of all, second reverse arrow appears too soon and players don't have time to read it! They don't even expect it here! Second reason, such sliders are VERY uncommon. They're rankable, but UNCOMMON. So, it will confuse players.
Note: 00:14:775 (5) - 00:18:388 (1,2) - 00:22:315 (4) - 00:42:262 (3) - you know, same as above.
Note2: such sliders should be at least 2/1 beats long, but then it'll be too long and boring. That's why I'm agains using 2x reversed sliders.
00:30:953 (5) - consider placing a new combo here to emphasize vocals? I think it is a good idea!
01:04:723 (3) - nazi - spacing mistake here, just make distance a little bigger and everything will be okay!
01:04:723 (3) - place something here? Sound fades at this beat, so placing a circle will be a good idea, just try and see if you like it or not!
01:11:006 - you've also missed circle here and circle at 01:11:320, it'll fit with vocals. You can use 1/1 slider here, but it'll be too hard for a [Normal] diff.

It's not bad, but thse 2x repeat slider ruins your diff. Thy are unreadable, hard to understand and they don't relly fit with music. So, I strongly recommend you removing them.

[-kevincela-'s Insane]

01:05:194 (1,2) - just one thing, replace slider with two circles. So, we can get rid of one of those SV changes. It'll make diff a little bit more playable and it sounds better, imo.

Nothing else, tho. Good job!

[Hard]

Begining of this diff could have x0.75 slowdown. So, SV changes will be softer and more understandable. Plus, if you do it we will get only two bvelocities. X0.75 and x1.0. So, players won't be confused by many different velocities!
00:21:058 (1) - nazi - move it's tail somewhere else, so players won't read it as 2x reversed slider. try triangle flow here, instead!
00:21:844 (3,4,5) - replace it with 1/4 slider, please! This diff has two [Insane] diffs, and BPM is too fast. There's absolutely NO reason to do it.
00:23:807 - it's a perfect spot for using a lot of 1/4 sliders with repeats. If you don't want to map these 1/4s then you shouldn't map 00:24:357 (4,5) - if you want map 1/4 - you should map all of them in this part!
00:29:540 (1) - don't. That's random SV change in the middle of the map, it is readable.. but why? It's impossible to understand it! Remove it, please!AS I've said before, we have two [Insane] diffs here, so [Hard] should be eeeeeasy!
00:50:901 (1,2,3) - 1/4s again. Please, replace them all with sliders :< That's all I want you to do!
Note: same 01:01:111 (2,3,4) - :<
01:07:236 (3) - try to replace it with 1/1 slider and silince its end, you'll get an awesome effect, trust me! It will look like this slider turns music off!

It's too hard, that's the main point. Reduce difficulity by removing 1/4 triplets, that's the only thing I want you to do here!

Well, i tried, but this diff is awesome. Onliest last suggestion - most of ticks sounds ugly on 3/2 sliders here (example - 00:11:948 (5) - 00:16:974 (5) - ) and on some follow-vocal sliders (00:25:927 (1) - ) and especially at the beginning, so i suggest you silence ticks at this parts to make your hitsounds work more awesome.
Nothing to add, diff is really great.

Raise OD to 7, there is no point to keep it such low, diff looks too unbalanced because of this and feels like a normal+ because get bad accuraccy here is really hard

Map the stream out? fits better and is more fun to play imo, and it flows into 00:08:493 (9) - better, because it's at this note where I feel like something changed in the music (or that something is about to happen), and it is also established by the repeat slider if you turn the previuos ones into notes.
00:27:656 (2,3) - Would sound a lot better imo if you switched these two notes (in terms of order), so that it matches the vocals better.
00:29:775 (2) - Remove note then turn 00:29:854 (3) - into a stream. This would match the drums better as well as match the guitar better since the hitcircles fit the small "guitar burst" or whatever you would call it. (Technically you could also change 00:30:168 (4) - if you truly wanted to follow the guitar, but I'm assuming you want to follow the drums too, so you should keep it)
00:35:823 (7) - Sounds better if you added a hitclap here imo.

00:55:613 (5) - The clap at the beginning of the slider makes this sound weird imo.

If I were mapping this I would spend the time to finish the song with hitcircles and sliders. The song ends suddenly, but spinners often time signify a gradual or fading out type of ending. For me, it's not in the modd of the song to use a spinner here.

Furthermore, nothing that out of the ordinary is happening in the music yet (it's still the same mood), and you don't really give any hint that it's going to happen. Adding a kickslider gives the player the react, and it follows the vocals better imo.
00:06:608 (5,6,7,1) - Okay, this just sounds excrutiatingly awkward, sorry to say. Mapping triplets could work better http://puu.sh/3FndR.jpg However, even in this I still feel that 00:07:864 (1) - sounds awkward. But it's still up to you to decide what to do.
00:17:917 (6) - I don't the see where this comes from, turn this into two notes. Sounds better and makes more sense imo.
00:32:838 - Add a note here. The empty space messes up flow and sounds weird. The music is very continuous here and you should map it like that too.
00:56:163 (1) - Is the spinner really necessary? The vocal note is only 3.5 beats long. It's not that long, and the music itself doesn't officially warrant a spinner. The spinner works, don't get me wrong, but it could be mapped more interestingly than thise imo.
01:03:152 (5,6) - A needless 3/4 slider. Nothing in the music tells you as a mapper to put a 3/4 beat where it doesn't exist. Now, I wouldn't mind if you did this multiple times in the piece as a mapping style, but you didn't. This is the first time you ever used it, and it was pretty random. I would just use a regular 1/1 slider.
01:05:351 - It's quite awkward to hear the drum while as a player you aren't playing anything. So I would add a note somehow.

01:17:603 (1) - I told Saten the same thing, you could probably do something more interesting, but this does work, if you want to keep it that is.

Consider lowering the HP Drain by 1. It drains rapidly because of how short your combos are.

fixed all all slider suggestions but i'll leave my spinner how it is now i like it how it is and i like to use long spinners in the easier diff so i think is not a big problem,ty for modding :3!

00:02:995 (3,4) - Beat placement here is pretty weird. Slider should start on the red tick instead. Switch these two objects around on the timeline and rearrange them accordingly on the playfield to follow the vocals better. I don't really wanna sacrifice the drumbeat

00:27:655 (2,3) - Same as above, really. Better to follow the vocals here -- besides, you follow the vocals in the next measure anyways ww I mainly prioritizing the music first, and then the vocals.

00:47:289 (1,2,3) - Not sure what you're following here. Try something like this (http://puu.sh/3RhwZ.jpg) instead. Add sliders wherever you want as long as that one 1-beat slider is on the downbeat to follow the music properly. (5) on the screenshot is at 00:47:289 (1,2,3). There is a clear pattern here as you can see 00:46:032 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) -
