Please make it at least plurality lynch for majority minus 1 vote (also for other games). I have no idea why you guys are carrying over Mafiascum's style of only doing majority hammers, but it doesn't quite match this forum's style.

I think I see the reasoning for the townread. I don't know that plurality lynch is better for town in general. Do deadline-based no-lynches happen frequently here?

majority lynch is really rare here and I can only think of a few games that had it. afaik it's never happened before

I don't have a read on bubba. I have very little experiential meta with him, and only one game where I was around for the RVS phase. I'll probably meta some early game-phases tonight. He seems pretty jocular and bubbly, which could be nervousness. And nervousness could be about playing on a new site with a bunch of unknowns. Or not.

Because the forum's generally inactive. We used to do plurality lynches before. I admit that the hammer only system increases activity, but not enough. The compromise of lynching if the target is at least L-1 fits better.

Activity is not an issue there, but the TeamLiquid site's mafia community uses a hybrid lynch mechanic. Achieve majority before deadline and the game day ends with a majority lynch. If it doesn't, then the player with the most votes at the end of the day is lynched.

And with that, especially if we're going with plurality lynch there's info about my role that town should be aware of.

that's what we used to do around here aswell and what NH means with plurality lynch.
