[General]
- Perhaps edit the .osu to give 1000 audio lead-in so the difficulties begin less abruptly?
- 00:38:053 (2) - The whistle on the tail doesn't seem to accentuate any unique sounds, I would remove it. Since the beat here is quite heavy you could add a clap in its place if you'd like but I think just removing the whistle is fine.
- 00:39:465 - The volume decrease here I find really peculiar and a bit too much because the sounds in the background music aren't noticeably softer, but I get what you're trying to do. Maybe just a 15-20% decrease will suffice?
- 00:39:818 (1) - This can curve more nicely around the tail of the previous slider:
- 00:46:171 - Unneeded green line, either delete or make use of it.
- 00:16:524 (3) - For the reason as mentioned in Insane, use a finish on the head with 60% volume.
- 00:17:230 (4) - Finish on the head for the powerful cymbal crash.
- 01:14:053 - The 100% volume here is making the hitsounds incredibly loud. How about just having it at 80% from here on as you have it for Insane?
- 00:24:818 (3) - Using a NC here would be consistent with the combo patterning.
- 00:36:994 (3) - The clap here feels out of place. I would remove it or change to a soft-clap so it blends with the clap pattern more.
- 00:39:818 (3) - Finish on the tail to be consistent with how its previously used and you have one here for Insane.
- 01:14:053 - Same as mentioned for Normal here, I would keep the volume around 80%.
- 01:21:994 (2) - Maybe you would like to adjust this slider for a clean blanket with the tail?
Aww yeah! https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1371030
- 00:16:524 (1) - Consider adding a finish to go along with the soft-clap here, it fits very well with the music and accentuates the vocal. Since the cymbal sound here is weaker than the one that follows it, try using it with 60% volume.
- 00:17:230 (6) - Same as above especially since the cymbal crash is quite powerful for this one.
- 00:20:406 (5) - Perhaps remove the normal addition on this clap? The beat heard in the music for the previous clap on 00:20:318 is much stronger than it is on this one so hearing two consecutive normal-claps sounds a bit peculiar. Essentially it's what you did for 01:27:553 (3,4) but the other way around :3
- 00:26:406 (1) - There's a nice sound on the tail of this slider that would fit really well with a S:C3 finish. This can apply to other diffs too if you like.
- 00:36:994 (4) - Was the normal sample-set on this intentional? It's sounds really noisy and unfitting because the beat is pretty soft. I would change it to a soft sample-set with a normal addition for the clap or just reduce the volume so the hit-normal isn't so loud.
- 00:54:465 (5,1) - The flow here feels strange. Coming out of a jump pattern I would've expected the movement of this slider to be at a much sharper angle like you did for 00:48:818 (5,1) which is a similar sounding part.
- 00:57:112 (6) - I would add a finish here to emphasize the cymbal sound in the background music, makes sense too because the exact same sound is heard with finish on the head of 00:56:406 (3).
- 01:12:994 (1) - Same suggestion as 00:20:406 (5) really. Using a soft-clap on the tail to distinguish this as the softer beat, would reflect the music nicely.
- 01:14:230 (9,10,1) - I would prefer you keep these stacked for two reasons. The greater jump distance will create a nice tension and puts good emphasis on the finish. Another thing is that it would be consistent with your patterning as this part appears to be the only time you aren't stacking for this rhythm.
Best of luck!
