In my opinion the hitsounds need work, but I won't hold you to having to make these changes.

00:00:075 (1,1,1) - Make these just claps, I would even go so far as to leave the beginning of the slider normal and just have a clap at the end of the slider.
00:03:062 (1,2,3) - Change to finishes.
00:04:057 (1,1,1,1,2,3) - Same as above for these.
00:12:055 (1) - Remove the clap.
00:14:029 (1,2,3) - Remove the finish.
00:19:062 (1,2,4,5) - Remove finish.
00:21:062 (7) - Remove finish from beginning of slider.
00:24:095 (1,2,4) - Remove finish.
00:26:062 (6) - Add clap to beginning, remove finish from end.

Basically apply this similar pattern to the rest of the map. Having the same hitsound for a series of notes sounds dull and repetitive.

[General] ... not always a map with hitsounds on ALL beats is a good map... try toremove some hitsound on all modes or, at least, alternate claps with finish hitsounds... it looks very weird to listen 11 claps on a row, trust me.

Hmmm......

For all difficulties, set the video offset to +500ms (It may say 499ms in editor but you can manually edit it from the .osu in the song folder from notepad).

[Hard]

00:13:095 (8) - Could make this a new combo...
00:57:029 (1,2,3) - Not as neatly put together like the previous set.
01:08:095 (5,6,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Looks kinda cluttered here (If you look at it from test play, you can see the hit.png's just piling up over this area).

Try to prevent the notes from cluttering up in one spot too much otherwise it can hurt the playability. Also, the finish hitsound seems over used. Try setting the finishes in patterns to have a better use of it while reducing its use.

72,262 is absolutely weird.
After a quick check, i found a third section made like this:
BPM: 89,80 offset 73360
This seems to fix the beats right at the end.

I may be wrong anyway, this was a quick check.

Even the uninherited timing section at 01:10:293. Inherit or remove the timing section so the BPM stays at 90.
Add a uninherited timing section at 71,980ms.
Make sure to resnap all notes and recheck them to make sure the notes are where they should be.
Afterwards get someone else to check the timing.

I decided to not follow all of your suggestion 'cause i don't use 1/6 snap divisor D: but it was helpfu, then i'll kudos you. I choose the Card N' FoRce BPM suggestions and now fits a lot **

Ok, this will be my last timing check (i have to help other people too, you know D:)

BPM: 188,00, offset: 770; Time Signature 3/4 Simple Triple
BPM: 180,00, offset: 13970;
BPM: 178,00, offset: 71300;

You can use 94, 90 and 89 for BPMs, if you want to keep you slider velocity and slider tick rate.

I don't recommend sacrificing the loudness for size, because it currently is pretty hard to mod/play with. Find the old mp3 back and reduce the kbps without reducing volume?

Hitsounds... I can't say inconsistant, since I know when the next finish will come, but I think you are using way too many of them.

Take out "Funny Sunny Day" from the tags as it is already in the song name.

I don't like the timing either.

Remove "SxOxU" from all tags, it's redundant.
Timing feels a bit off (late?), as mentioned before, but I can't point out why.

Your video offset is STILL off :| . In editor, go to "Design" then look for the video offset controls at the top right. Adjust it to +500ms (the most accurate you can get is 499 but should be enough).

When changing the timing, make sure to resnap all notes, sliders, and spinners then recheck to see that they are in the right place of the beat. Make sure to be more careful when changing the timing.

Also, the hitsound use is still not that great. Its okay to use hitsounds, but not for almost every single note. It can become very annoying as the player would mostly hear hitsounds than the song itself. I suggest asking a MAT (those with purple names in the site) to check the map out after you fix those errors before bugging another BAT to recheck this map.

Fixed. For the hitsounds, I think they're ok but I changed some of them. By the way, I think you BATs have to mod the time situation of the maps, not the hitsounds, 'cause they're a decision made by the MAPPER preferences, not yours. So stop saying they're annoying and bla bla bla like this. I they're in that way, leave them in that way. You only have to correct if the map goes time to time.

If the mapper wants to keep his hitsounds I'm totally fine with that. If people really think it's annoying they can vote lower.

5th section on [Normal] and [Hard] are @ 71.311, however on [Easy] it's 71.331

Shouldn't the last 2 timing sections be inherited? Larto only pointed out 3 timing sections.
