  1. 00:14:942 to 00:28:203 - why don't you use the soft-hitclap on this part? you did it on 01:31:681 to 01:42:768, and I think it would be good to emphasize the bass sound. try to add clap whenever you hear loud bass, like 00:16:029 (4) on both start and end, 00:19:290 (4) slider end and repeat arrow, 00:22:986 (4) same with previous. well, I know the bass is loud enough to hear so we may didn't have to emphasize that anymore, but I think it is better to emphasize it more so you can make an unforgettable feeling when player play this map xD. I'm serious. please consider this.
  2. 00:37:768 (7) - whistle on repeat arrow?

  4. 00:41:247 (3) - why don't you make this as a repeat slider? sounds better and fits the rhythm very well.
  5. 00:44:508 (6) - this...when I play this map, this slider really annoying. I often break combo on this slider. it just because you usually use a jump on previous slider just like 00:31:464 (3,4) . see? so I suggest you to make it further. maybe move it to (200;144) ?
  6. 00:56:246 - why don't you increase the volume here? to 65% maybe? I think you should make it louder since this is kiai time, an epic part of the song. if you do, please do it on every kiai time.
  7. 01:10:051 (5) - remove whistle maybe?
  8. 01:16:463 - add note here? feels empty.
  9. 01:31:681 to 01:42:768 - why not make it same as 00:14:942 to 00:28:203 in which has whistle to emphasize the piano?

• 03:46:464 (25~27, 70~72) - ^, either remove the finish or the middle note.

• 00:11:029 (1,1) - Unlike osu! standard, it's quite uncommon to use 2 spinners consecutively. Although the current arrangement is fine, but I'd prefer deleting the first one and adding some notes there instead ( You may also move the start of 2nd spinner to 00:12:768 - if needed ) ( An example of possible patterns is like this )

• 01:20:594 (1) - Keep this x1.1 as it's really odd to see a single x1.0 spinner icon, with other notes having x1.1 during gameplay. Remember to add a x1.0 green line at or before 01:24:073 -.

• I've made some suggestions on the changes of hitsound volumes throughout the song for oni, as shown in the chatlog above. Maybe you can do the same for muzu. The detailed changes are as follows :
Hitsound volume suggestions ~
00:11:029 (1,1) (Only the 2nd spinner if you apply the above pink-dotted 00:11:029 suggestion) - 30% ( Since spinner requires repeat quick hits of d and k, 60% might be too noisy for this soft section )

00:14:508 - 60%, instead of 80% ( This section doesn't sound really loud and I believe using 80% at later sections will be better )

00:28:421 - 70% ( The introduction of drums make this overall louder than the previous one, so I suggest sth like 70% here )

00:42:334 - 80% ( The background music and vocal become more significant, so I prefer continue adding the hitsound volume to around 80% )

01:31:029 - 60% ( This section gets softer when compared with 1st kiai and the previous part. Similar reason as 00:14:508 )

01:43:203 - 40% ( Similar reason as 00:11:029 - )

01:44:942 - 70% ( Similar reason as 00:28:421 - )

01:58:855 - 80% ( Similar reason as 00:42:334 - )

02:47:551 - 60% ( Similar reason as 01:31:029 - )

03:11:899 - 40% ( Similar reason as 00:11:029 - )

03:13:203, 03:13:638 - Delete these 2 green lines. ( They're quite useless if you apply the other suggestions here. )

04:14:508 - 30%, with gradual decrease of volume for every 1/1 afterwards if you want ( This is the ending spinner with really soft music. You might want a softer sound because it's a spinner, too )

00:31:029 (50~52, 70~72) - o o o / o o o ( This is to avoid the lengthy repeats of d k ddk at (43~77) )
01:47:551 (8~10) - ^
02:50:160 (34~36) - ^
02:57:116 (56~57) - ^

00:34:508 (60~62) - o o o ( Same reason as above )
01:51:029 (18~20) - ^

00:52:768 (120) - Remove finish ? ( Similar to 00:31:899, I think the music isn't that strong to support a finish here imo. I'd prefer leaving the finish to emphasize (126~127, 132) instead )
01:17:551 (200) - ^ ( Similar reason as above )

01:18:855 (205~207) - Delete 206, and add finishes for 205 and 207 ? ( I think these 2 notes should really be highlighted by the finishes as they really stand out from the music due to the high-pitched vocal )
02:35:377 (164~166) - ^, but with both K ( Same reason as above )

01:19:725 (208, 209) - o o ( This is to continue the vocal-pitch-oriented style at (199~207). See if you think this fits better :3 )

04:14:290 (118) - Red note ? ( So that (115~118) becomes kkdd, which fits better to the instrumental pitch and more fitting imo )

The diff looks overall ok. Good try on making taiko diffs :3

Hi SolarBeam, first off, congratz on your first ranked map.
Since this map was mentioned in #modhelp I took some time to give it a quick check and I want to give you some basic advice for future maps.

Basically, you have a LOT of messed up rhythms in the whole map. It doesn't really feel like it was mapped according to the song, but mapped on a different song with the same BPM and then put on this song.
To get what I mean, you need to understand how the hitobject "slider" really works.
For easier udnerstanding, let's use an example taken directly from your Insane difficulty:
00:56:899 (3) - Check where this slider starts in the timeline. It's a red tick, a 1/2 beat. Then look at where it ends. A white tick, a 1/1 beat.
Now that means that you click the slider on said red tick (so this is where the input occurs and where the player has a feel of ineracting with the music), hold it for a brief moment and release it on the white tick. When you release it, there's no impact whatsoever, since you're literally releasing pressure.
This means: Sliderheads (or starts) feel stronger than slidertails (or ends).

HOWEVER, in most common compositions, it is a given that, in the music, the 1/1 beats (the white ticks in the osu!-timeline) are where the main, dominant beats of the music are. This also applies to this very song. When you look at 00:56:899 (3) - again, you should notice that the sliderhead is located on the red tick, which is a relatively weak sound, and the slidertail is on the strong beat, which is also where a new word in the vocals start.
This feels extremely unnatural, since the weak beats are mapped much stronger than the strong beats are.
Usually, you can focus on the hitsounds: If there's a strong hitsound (e.g. a clap) on a slidertail, but not on the sliderhead, it will most likely feel off.

Of course, there's always exceptions, but for this song I'd have recommended you to stick to that simple but golden rule. Try to apply it in your next map!

And a few other rhythm-based things I noticed:
01:17:986 (3,4) - sections like this would feel way better if you used circles instead of sliders. That's because you have strong vocals on both red ticks and white ticks, and by using sliders like this you only really emphasize the white ticks, again because only the sliderhead has an actual impact.
02:14:508 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - this pattern is inconsistent with the music. You could have used it for 02:14:508 (1,2,1,2), but at 02:15:377 (1) - there's a new liyrical phrase starting, so just going on with the pattern feel weird. When the music changes, the map should change too.
02:19:725 (1,2,1,2) - similar case here, the first two sliders fit very well, but the next objects should be circles according to the vocals

Basically, you need to learn to interpret the rhythms of the music you map correctly. This map has a few nice ideas, but they are, to be quite honest, mostly executed poorly. It also needs a lot of visual polish (for example, some triangles could be aligned better).

Yeah so, good luck with your further mapping and I hope you will apply some of the ideas explained.
