I seem to be a very emotional person, because I get teared up over the littlest things.

it's usually scenes where someone who has gone through a lot of hardships and finally got something they hoped for
Clannad - Fuko Ending
Scene where Nagisa's performing the 演劇部 during school festival

Or something that really hits the spot for people like me
Characters like Toushiro and Okita in Gintama, episode 87 (I remember cause it's recent)

Losing something dearly
Scene where Tamahome went back to his home and found his family members all assassinated (Fushigi Yuugi)

Or even in Mister Ajikko where they emphasise the fact that one must put all their heart into cooking for their customers.
I cried in this scene because people are treating food as if they are fuels for cars.

Anime's probably one of the few places where I can honestly express myself and I am really thankful for the mangaka and their staff

Madoka Magica final episode- Don't really know why. The whole thing was just so dark and everything that the final episode got me a little.

Something like disappearing after doing what they wanted to do before their death (Angel Beats) and disappearing because of fate (Yui from Sword Art Online) and graduating school (K-ON!) and many more

While I have yet to openly bawl while watching anime, these are the moments that left me in a sad state for a few days (in no particular order).

Cowboy Bebop, Ep. 24: After watching the Bebop crew grow closer through the series, seeing them split was tough and the music was just perfect for this moment.

Kotoura-san, Ep. 1: The first half of this episode is my new standard on grading how a show affects me.

Code Geass series: Lelouch erasing Shirley's memories, or Shirley's death in R2, or the ending of R2 (again, the music for this moment really made it memorable).

FMA: Hughes death, or Nina's transformation and death.
