General:

Needs audio lead in – maybe 2 seconds.

Normal:

This seems pretty much perfect to me, I didn’t nazi it but the only thing that stands out is that you use only whistle and normal sounds, I haven’t done a full hitsound mod but here’s a few examples:

It’s pretty much the same throughout, put the audio on 50% and listen for background music claps :D

Hard:

Maybe 2.0 slider velocity is a little fast, I preferred playing with 1.8 but its your choice :P

00:54:093 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) – If im honest this pattern seems a little random.
01:24:056 (2) – Might look better if this was placed vertically above 1.

Suggestion for the intro (complete suggestion – and was before the update lol) add beats at these times and see if you like it:

I didn't really like the streams in this they seemed to be out of pace with the music, but apart from that it was OK.

The snap divisor is 1/3 and 1/4 on some, seems to work so its not that big an issue I guess.

Easy:

The numbers in your skin are aliased; they have jagged edges. It's especially noticeable on widescreen, where part of it lies on a black background. Try fixing that. Nice skin overall though.

Although it doesn't show up in play because your song starts so early, you should probably disable the countdown option anyways, in case that bug is fixed.

Fixed some stuff in alternate ways , but fixed everything.

Also I don't know how I should feel about snapping notes onto 1/4 when the whole song is mapped 1/3 ? -_-;

There may be a problem with the skin. (although it's really good)
The spinner-background.png is off center, it moves down a little when it appears. You need to move the image upwards so that it doesn't look like it's shifting when it appears.
The score-x.png matches with the background, so it's hard to see.
I'm using a custom skin, so the numbers I see behind the hearts overlay looks strange. You may want to include the osu! default numbers.

Max width for combobursts are 500px~ Can you please resize or crop to compensate for that? Also, since there's only one comboburst in this song, I would think just renaming it to comboburst.png would suffice.

Sorry, but the timing feels kinda off. BPM seems to screw up right after 00:24:943. That extra .045 feels like its throwing the beat off a bit. Make sure to look into that other offset as well since it may not be needed.

Ok I give up. Using only one timing section seems to make it go off at 00:24:825, and then again at 00:48:980. Problem is, I'm having trouble coming up with an offset for that first section up to 00:24:825 since THAT also seems to go off for like 3-4 seconds at one point (and then it's fine again).

If you're curious, I was using

BPM: 160, Offset: 1700
BPM: 160, Offset: 24,980
BPM: 160, Offset: 48,955

I'm not really very confident in this though.

Timed using my typical timing technique (as noted from the notes), but I must say that this was one annoying song that was composed with a shaky sense of rhythm.

Ok , added all timeing sections, tried fixing it as far as I could -_-
Some notes i cant get snapped onto the right timing,
Some notes was 1/3 and other 1/4, now everything just seems screwed.

I've noticed the endpoints of some of the sliders and the spinners not being snapped, but still within the beat. Still, doesn't hurt to double check it again since it would be considered to be unsnapped notes.

Just needs another check before it is good to go and also, please do not make any edits during the modding process. It screws things up.

fixed sliders, added a new timing section (with a -10 offset) halfway into the one that was falling behind,
seems fine IMO, so check it out

I can see where you had some difficulty with the beats. You had the BPM cut in half, which also reduces the amount of "area" you can place the notes accurately in the timeline.

Also, I see that Normal's timing wasn't checked properly, my fault.

Tried out this timing for that part that sounded iffy. Plays a bit smoother for me but you can test it to make sure its right.

Also, for [hawkzor's Insane], Just a set of sliders at 00:48:953 (1,2,3,4) and 00:51:949 (1,2,3,4) sounds like it could be adjust 1/3 longer. That's all. After this, the map should be ready to go.

Fixed, couldn't make all 4 1/3 longer, because last slider would end on the same tick as the next beat, so i made the last one a single hitcircle instead.

Not sure if the stacking is going to be a problem as is atm, have a look from 00:48:953 to 00:54:196.

[Easy]

00:29:107 (5) - Just needs to move 1/3 later on the timeline (both points on the white ticks).

[Normal]

00:29:043 (1) - The only thing to deal with now is doing a small adjustment for this slider. If you set it up like this, it should flow with the beat much smoother. (Before adjustment) (After adjustment | Notice the timing adjustmet of the notes.)

[Hard]

00:29:043 (1) - Needs an adjustment 1/3 later as well, but also may need some adjustment to the silder's duration time to have it with the beat. Maybe having the repeating slider end at 00:30:626 with all points on the white tick should fix this (but if you have another idea of fixing this, that's fine too).

After that, your map is back to being bubbled again.

Recheck Edit: Alright then... *shoots a bubble*

To be truthful, I don't know much about the situation, but you ask me for a timing request some time ago that I ignored since I felt better timers already got to the map. Still, I kept the pm in case I might want to mod the map at a future date. That date happens to be today, and I was sort of depressed that someone gave up on a very nice map. As a result, I too offer words of encouragement to you.

Now to the mod:
Add "hawkzor" to the tags in every diff

That is the only significant thing I noticed. (pls no kds)
