You're following too much the vocals, and not respecting DS. Avoid using red & blue tick.

Easy/Venus
Use 1/2 beat divisor for easy, or don't use blue ticks. You also need consistent distance snapping. The timing is very, very confusing otherwise. Try 0.6x to 0.8x distance spacing. For easy/normal diffs, try to stick to the beat instead of the vocals. This retains flow in the song and makes it overall easier to play. Some variation is good, however.
I'm having much better timing with 140.25 BPM and 13,160 offset.

00:13:854 (2) - Push this over to the next white tick. Alternatively, if you still want this to land on the red tick, make 00:13:212 (1) - a slider
that lands on the red tick.
00:16:621 (1) - Move so it's not overlapping the previous slider
00:18:332 (4) - Overlap, also reconsider slider shape
00:20:685 (2) - Might want to make this a curved slider. imo completely straight vertical/horizontal sliders are ugly in a lot of cases, only sometimes they can look good.
00:21:655 (3) - Push over to white tick.
00:26:461 (2) - Push back to the white tick, consider making this a symmetrical slider. The shape looks off.
00:30:097 (4) - Might want to make this a curved slider, or making it a wave slider.

Use 9309 offset for this one. The entire map is a mess of improper distance spacing. Please reposition everything with around 0.8x distance spacing.

00:09:309 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Redo this entire part with proper distance spacing and with the new offset.
00:13:159 (1,2,3,4) - I would suggest spacing these apart, along with the ones coming after it. This kind of style can be saved for a harder difficulty.
00:26:635 (3) - Try not to use crazy slider points like this :P Consider reshaping.
00:29:630 (1) - Also consider reshaping.
00:33:053 (1,2,3) - Add something in the middle of these to keep rhythm.
01:11:341 (6) - New combo, and also make this land on the red tick.

Moon
Use offset 9309.
Change CS to 4.
00:00:060 (1) - Get rid of this spinner, or make it start later. That's an awful long time to be spinning at the start of the song.

In my honest opinion, I would remap this difficulty with the new offset + BPM.

Also consider changing your preview point to where "Fighting Evil by Moonlight" is as it makes more sense in the preview to start there.

One final thing. You will probably have to change your difficulty names to something easier to understand. Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Moon. All these diffs can be arranged in any order so it won't pass because people won't be able to understand at a glance what is the hardest difficulty. Simple Easy, Normal, Hard, Insane will be your best bet unless you can come up with a theme that can be understood easily what the easiest and hardest difficulties will be.

I did a bit more testing. Mostly while making my diff. The BPM is actually 140.20. You can tell because it starts getting off sync pretty badly near the end.

My diff is about 70% done so sometime tomorrow it'll be good to go. Or should be at least.

Right, so for easy I see a few things

Firstly, Some of the circle placement looks kind of odd. E.g 00:22:464 and how its placed a little to the right of the slider. I have never seen that done before and it just looks a little weird. It may not me major though.

Secondly, the circle at 00:31:662 was one I didn't even see when playing through the map the first time. It could catch a newbe off guard.
Thirdly and most importantly the timing. I notice that the song is timed so most if not all of your beats are placed on a blue tick. This again is odd. It may be a better idea to retime the song so that most beats start on white ticks instead of blue ones.
Also the sliders at 00:41:340 could be replaced by a slider with less repeats. Its not major though so its your choice.

Hard mode.

First thing to note, slider at 00:12:196. Its hidden under another slider. That is a massive no no. You just don't do that in mapping. If a slider is hidden under another slider directly then the map probably won't be ranked.
That repeat slider at 00:28:025 sounds misstimed and doesn't go with the music. Its also not very practical. You could get the same effect with stacked hit circles.
Unessisary new combo at 00:32:089
The sliders and circles from 00:37:223 to 00:37:864 are oddly placed and really confusing. Don't be afraid to spread out your circles and sliders a bit
00:41:715 Another slider hidden under a slider. Like I said thats a big no no. That should never be done when designing beatmaps.
Slider at 00:58:185 overlaps the previous slider. Again bit no no.
Combo at 01:14:656 is unnessisarily long.
Another slider hidden under a slider from 01:21:715 to 01:22:142
Slider at 01:30:271 is unessisary. If you just end the song after the spinner it would work fine.

Overall easy looks fine but hard needs a lot of work. I suggest you go look at hard mode and compare it to other current hard mode maps that have been ranked.
I also reccomend you check out the ranking criteria article on the osu wiki as it will tell you all the do's and don'ts when it comes to beatmapping

Anime/English which is what the song will be classified as, shouldn't be in it as well. So just copy/paste the bold, and you're set

For your easy you're constantly changing the distance spacing. An example of this would be at 00:21:628 (2). Here you have 0.23x instead of your usual 0.4x.

played this map and easily found things that needed fixing so i thought i would give you a free mod :P

as usual, if you don't want to change something, you don't need to. my mod is just lots of suggestions (many of which will be mentioned by other modders too i think :P)

Easy

- the distance spacing would be a lot better if it were larger. 0.7x would be best (or 0.6x if you don't want to change as much). it's nice to have some space between notes that are placed on white spaces, otherwise it feels like you're not even moving your mouse/pen, which is pretty boring. for an easy difficulty, it's highly recommended that you follow the distance spacing teh whole time, so if you do change the multiplier, you'll have to pretty much re-arrange your whole map (sorry)
00:21:628 (2) - start this on 00:21:414 red tick to keep consistency with the previous 2 times something like this played in the song
00:27:405 (2) - ends on an awkward note. it would be better to not have this be a reverse slider and instead do something else. the slider shape itself is also pretty unappealing -- this could help with that: t/37194
00:46:021 (1) - it's also highly recommended that you don't include reverse sliders of 1/2 length which include multiple reverses on easy difficulties. new players have terrible reaction time and can't tell when the note is going to end like this
00:49:445 - include a note here. when the same rhythm played in the song prior there was a note every time
00:53:083 (4) - don't overlap notes like this on easy difficulties (standard stacking excused)
00:58:432 (4) - not a great slider again, although better than the other one
01:00:358 - a note should definitely be here to introduce that part with the guitar. it's too empty otherwise
01:05:279 (1,2) - what i said about the reverse sliders earlier
01:12:127 (1) - i don't think that was meant to end on a blue tick
01:12:769 (2) - would be better if this ended on 01:13:411
01:17:262 (3,4) - blanket these better with 01:16:192 (2) like this. notice how it's the same distance from both ends of the slider and approach circle is sort of wrapping around the slider 01:25:180 (1) - thing about reverse sliders again

it may also be good to include the spinner at the end so the difficulties all end at the same time

00:32:754 (1) - that slider is hot. need new pants
00:37:890 (1) - minor stuff on this - remove teh NC and have the slider end on the exact center so it's lined up with the upcoming spinner

other than that nothing i can really say :P

Insane

00:10:715 (2,3) - these 2 don't auto-stack very well since slider stuff is stupid. it would work better like this:
00:21:414 (2) - this also doesn't stack very well automatically so you should change it accordingly yourself
00:26:549 (2,3,4) - these would be better if not on top of (5) since they're each 1/4 apart and (5) is 1/2 apart
00:27:405 (6) - could be blanketted with (5) better like 00:32:113 (1) - blanket this with (2) just like above
00:34:252 (2) - doesn't stack very well automatically (it's underneath the slider entirely) so i'd suggest making that stack better manually
00:35:964 - feels like a note is missing here. just add a circle or something
00:47:733 (1) - remove NC. would be consistent with normal that way
00:53:083 (6) - auto-stacks right underneath the slider. would be better if manually stacked
00:57:362 (7) - could blanket better with (6)
00:58:432 (2) - stack the end of this slider with the beginning 00:57:362 (7) like this: 01:04:424 (7) - stack this with (4) earlier in the combo
01:08:703 (1,2) - blanket these like you did at 01:12:127 (1,2)
01:11:699 (1) - remove NC (same reasoning as earlier)
01:15:978 (1) - remove NC for not the same reasoning as before
01:23:254 (4) - stack this with (2) earlier in the combo
01:26:891 (4) - add NC since the rest of the difficulties did so for the separating of "she was the one" and "sailor moon" in the song lyrics
