00:45:625 (1,2,3) - Another personal preference, I think it'll be more visually appealing if these sliders were more curved (similar to 00:42:877 (3) - something like this:

I would remove the reverse on this slider, and add a note on 01:39:900. That way, the tail of 01:38:755 (3) - (which is at 01:39:442) will hit the 'shi', and the note at 01:39:900 will hit the 'mi'
02:48:603 (4,5) - Umm, could you try to re-arrange these objects? For a Normal diff, this sort of flow is kind of confusing, because you have note 5 placed between 3 and 4 :S
Consider re-positioning your objects to something like this:
