From my modding queue. Actually I think you sent me already and I told that you could improve Insane about spacings. However, let's get started here again!
General
Any particular reason as to why used different combo colors in Rolling diff?
Easy
01:28:251 (1) - It is just this is the end of the song. Ending with that "tough" sound from the normal set is a bit strange.
Try using Sampleset:Soft, Additions:Normal while you still have a whistle here. It will sound softer yet you can keep whistle as it should be.
Normal
HP4 AR5 OD5 please (OD4 if you want) so that it won't be the same as Easy diff which is supposed to be easier.
00:14:708 (1) - This spinner is too short for this Normal diff in my opinion. You can use this kind of rhythm and it still plays nice.
01:28:251 (1) - same as Easy
Hard
01:19:680 (5) - down 1 grid so that it doesn't look cluttered plus it gets the correct spacing between the previous one.
01:28:251 (1) - same as Easy
Insane
I may use AR8 on this one instead. The map doesn't have jumps all the time and you don't really need 2 AR9 diffs at all so if you choose AR8 on this, the AR in Hard should be changed to 7 as well.

HP7 OD7 so that it won't be duplicated with the Insane one or you can reduce something in Insane instead but OD in this diff highly should be 7 or 8.
00:51:737 (3) - I don't know what to say but what I totally feel here is if you new combo this note, it will cut the connection between this one and 00:51:394 (2) - completely, and then the spacing between both notes here will be less confusing. (It looks really like a jump really due to the spacing between both 00:51:051 (1,2) -
