  1. Source should be "Outbreak Company", make sure to fix this on all of the difficulties.
~Normal~
  1. 00:10:437 (5) - Do not stack this circle under the previous sliderend, it's really confusing for a Normal difficulty.
  2. 01:21:346 (5) - I'd prefer if you space this slider somewhere else and not stack it with the previous note, it would be better to play imo.
~Hard~
  1. Increase HP Drain and OD by 1 tick, they're way too low right now for a Hard difficulty.
  1. 00:04:341 (4,5) - Spacing is too close, make sure to fix this properly.
  2. 00:05:624 (1,2) - Same as above, wrong spacing.
~Insane~
  1. Increase HP Drain and OD by 1 tick, they're way too low right now for an Insane difficulty.
  1. 00:12:362 (1,2) - I somehow dislike this anti-jump here, move them farther? Would be better to play imo.
  2. 01:04:020 (1) - I don't think this new combo here is necessary actually, I'd remove it.
  3. 01:14:929 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - This part might be confusing due to the blue ticks, maybe add some sliders here instead? Just an idea.

00:12:041 (2) - NC perhaps. I know it's far away enough that it could escape distance snap but adding this NC can distinguish that just in case
01:07:228 (1) - Finish on head maybe, matches the finish pattern in this section and will introduce this new measure nicely imo~
01:23:432 (2,3) - Try this rhythm instead: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1062875 or something similar. Right now, 01:24:073 (3) - sounds misleading being started in the silence with that whistle on its head

00:49:261 (1) - Try ending this spinner at 00:50:384 instead and turning the note into a slider: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1062891 Gives players more leniency with a slider rather than a note that might catch beginners off-guard coming out of the spinner

3 Years late, but whatever. In the diff [Insane] 01:14:929 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - How is this part not fixed or modded before it got ranked? the timing of the song is in 1/3 yet the timing in the song is done in 1/4, where 2 is slightly late, and 3 is doubly late.
It's objectively wrong, and goes against the music.

If you think I'm wrong, go into 50% or 25% speed and listen for yourself.

EDIT: nevermind, now I'm unsure myself. changing back and forth between 1/3 and 1/4 timing...
