1. Actually you may be referring to the "Well that sucks!" tell, or gloating. I expected the death because he was a claimed cop.

2. Well excuse me for being a global scum read and being weak towards people that actually DO town read me.

3. I think that has more analysis than information tbh.

I don't have any major scumreads atm, and you're like the only one around atm to interact with. Also I've already resigned to getting lynched today due to rEdo's buddying anyway =D

Honestly, I don't really think Irre is scum. rEdo pressured him pretty hard while buddying Sakura, and I don't really think his would risk his partner dying if Irre couldn't persuade Sakura. Pretty sure they didn't have daychat to try and plan it out, either.

I know it sounds really simple, but for starters, I'm looking at those who weren't on rEdo's wagon (Sena, Royston, Dake).

Dake posted his intent to hammer Quotes slightly less than 24 hours before D1 ended. He might have just missed Quotes claiming and rEdo's wagon, so I'm null on him.

rEdo's "focus" on Royston was just "he's acting weird", which is null to me. However, Royston did try and call out rEdo dropping suspicion on Irre so suddenly, so that bends Royston a tiny bit towards town for me. Unfortunately, rEdo completely missed or ignored Royston's post so I can't further that train of thought.

Searching "Sena" and "Saki" in rEdo's ISO garnered a grand total of 1 result, and that was rEdo trying to quote me. Essentially, he has said absolutely nothing about Saki and only asked for a prod on Royston, despite Saki being even more inactive than Royston. I also saw Saki once in the "Users browsing this forum:" during her disappearance, but I didn't call that out because I thought she was finally going to post. Which she didn't. All these points are making me feel that Saki is scum.

actually I just forgot about the game

So I'll have to say an associative tell like that is wrong.

Since the cop flip, it's just as likely that we're looking for a roleblocker as we are looking for a goon.

I'd expect bussing. Heavy bussing, especially in the case of a roleblocker.

Well, going off Jinxy and his distancing case
kook/Jinxy/Quotes/Irre and likely Royston that aren't scumbuddies due to rEdo pushing all of their wagons from time to time

that leaves me, Caligno, Sakura, and Dake.

Yes, and the only way cop would end up dying is if the doctor was roleblocked. That's a huge gamble.

Yeah, scum knew there wasn't a doctor otherwise they wouldn't have shot the claimed cop knowing the likelihood of protect was 95%.

Quotes was scummy in his own right, being the first the vote is meaningless. If voting Quotes were a crime, there were 4 people on that wagon with an intent declared, there's only 2 scum, so by default at least 3 people (incluing dake's intent in there) are town. So it's p.much null.

@Saki: I show a defeatist attitude because I wouldnt blame it if People want to get me lynched because of rEdo's buddying, I'm weak to buddying which can be seen in a Newbie game I had with Wisdom on MS, where he insta town read me after replacing in, and I townread him because of that, but he was scum in the end and won. I really hate it when scum buddy to me to get me to townread them, and I'm glad Quotes made me see it before it was too late, however it does implicate my slot as well, soooo w/e.

And yeah from now on im gonna be paranoid of anyone that buddies me >_>

The claim was a joke, there's only vanilla roles left (unless the doctor was very silly or very unlucky)

What about this is 'really quick'? It's been a whole sixteen pages since I first voted for Royston. For context, sixteen pages is slightly (as in half a page) less than half of the entire thread.

As for his posts, I don't get that super slimy feel off of it. It actually looks really slimy that people are jumping on him for his posts, anti-town as they are. At this point, he's being so incredibly anti-town that I don't feel it's mafia-motivated.

How is Irreversible not getting more votes?

I'm just trying to understand your mindset. Unless you have direct proof of someone being scum I don't see how what you're doing is helpful at all. Okay, this might sound hypocritical as I haven't been the most helpful town player - but focusing entirely on me and not considering the possibility of other people being scum is just wasteful. sure, there's nothing stopping you from doing so tomorrow but it's just a waste of a day imo if you don't use the time to consider other outcomes.

They're the same subject, but the reason itself is very different. Saki's reason was lack of interaction, while Royston's was the style of interaction.

Again as in rEdo buddied Sakura D1, got called out by Quotes, and your interactions with Roy look a little bit like buddying, so, "again".

As for individual reads, other than coming to Royston's defense recently which moved you to null, you had been leaning town-ish for me.

I know I said that him calling out rEdo made him lean little town, but I'm retracting that statement because thinking about it more, the interaction stops there, so it could have been just calling out his scumbuddy and letting that point drop when rEdo didn't reply. D2, he voted you suddenly and didn't provide a reason until later.

We've been through this next part before, but I'll just say again that I don't really buy Royston's reason.
1. The subject, as you've already said, is the same.
2. "Passive" is honestly a very vague word. A lack of interaction easily leads to a weak interaction when they really do talk, imo. If you had suddenly gone into a heated discussion with rEdo, it wouldn't be lacking even if it was only a few posts long because points would be brought up.
3. Royston had a one-line explanation. Added with 2, I feel it's most like he saw Saki's post, read through your ISO, and then decided to vote for you while trying to change some terms around to make it look like he wasn't really copying Saki.

So, yeah. Would anyone else at all like to chip in to the discussion

Well, I actually didn't notice Saki's post, though I understand if you find it hard to believe.

It's lazy reasoning to be sure, but to be honest I'm not really getting much of a scummy feel from the content of anyone's posts. That's why I voted Caligno, because the distancing between him and rEdo was one of the few things I picked up on. I'm only like 20% sure Caligno is scum though

What were the causes of these sudden changes? And it's pretty cool that you've asked who we are thinking is scum, what would you have done if someone said you're scum? Because I think you are.

My main scum suspects haven't changed since D1. rEdo was lynched, Royston acted quite scummy in D2, and you're still a scum suspect for me, but I didn't get something that makes me clear who of you or who else can be scum. I don't get why you vote me, are you merely basing in activity, that's a wrong way to find scum. What did change your mind about Royston, earlier and in D1 you even voted him, why the change?

I learned pretty fast that my secret list of scumslips don't apply at all on this forum. I don't really trust the same style of thinking to apply in both places very effectively.

I agree with Cali that calling that a scumslip is pretty weak. Royston did a similar thing in TH PYP IV where he asked me who the "remaining scum" were in D2, so I can see where his post here is coming from.

Saki is still acting the scummiest to me, especially by sheeping to Sakura, and only justifying it with the "scumslip" reason when asked without considering anything else at all.

As for who to vote for, well we have two weeks to decide. The nightkill on Jinxy is certainly interesting, I'll post my thoughts on it a little later.
