THE TIME HAS COME!
I'm going to be strict with your mapping because I see a lot of great potential and I want to help you improve it.

Ok well that's all for now. I have similar complaints that Winber1 had. I'd like you to work some more on it before calling me back.
I'm gonna star the map now because it's got lots of great potential.^^

[General]
- Quite sure the artist "Duca" does not need to be written in Japanese unicode. Try typing "デュッカ" into Google, you will get strange results that have nothing to do with the artist. Replace "デュッカ" with "Duca".
- Really really nice SB!
- 00:05:165 (2,3) - A bit unnatural jump to the 2 here imo. Try moving the 2,3 more downwards and placing them more inside the curve given from the 00:04:661 (1). Try like this:
- 00:06:426 (5,6) - Small spacing doesn't feel so great imo, you have less than 1.0 spacing here. You could try increasing the spacing and also making a nicer blanket. It will play better after the 4-5 jump. Also make sure to make the 00:05:291 (3,4) blanket and the 00:06:426 (5,6) the same for a consistent pattern here.
- 00:17:896 (4,5,1,2) - Looks a bit sloppy. More spacing is nicer here, try moving the 00:19:031 (1,2) - more downwards and to the right so that the slider tail of 00:19:031 (1) is the same spacing from the spacing from the 00:17:896 (4) that the 5 is. Like this:
- 00:33:022 (7) - Clap missing perhaps?
- 00:55:333 (1,2) - Move to (324,328) is nicer for more spacing and to make the blanket nice. Don't forget to move the 00:56:342 (3,4,5,6) also.
- 01:03:905 - When you're using a slidertick hitsound in an Insane diff to accent something important in the music, chances are your rhythm is not very good and is ignoring what's important in the song. Here I suggest that you remove the repeat from the 8 and to add a small stream after it. This way you will start following the drum transition when it's starting in the music instead of after it has started. You could also use a 1/4 slider with a repeat if you wanted. Also a NC on the 8 is great here, the combo gets a little bit long anyways. Here's what I mean:
- 01:04:787 (10,11,1) - It would be nice to have larger spacing here. When you have a pattern that increases spacing like 01:04:409 (9,10), you should continue that idea until the next downbeat or tension release. The 01:04:409 (9,10) and the spacing increase is following the drum transition in the music, which is building up tension in anticipation for the finish (downbeat) at 01:05:417. That's why when you decrease spacing like you do at 01:04:787 (10,11,1) before the downbeat, it feels really not so great. You can follow the music better by having similar spacing to the 11 that you do between the two 1/4 sliders, and then a jump and NC to the 1.
Take 00:50:039 (2,3,4,5,6,1) for example, see how you follow the increased spacing idea until the downbeat? That plays really nicely. - 01:23:569 (1) - Clap on the end is nice.
- 01:23:064 (7) - Try replacing with a 1/4 repeating slider instead to better follow the percussion here.
- 01:29:619 (1) - Try extending the slider by 1/4 here, seems to follow the music quite well.
- 01:30:880 (1,2,3) - My large complaint here is that this super important beat at 01:31:636 falls on the end of the slider and is not stressed. What that does is make your map feel distanct from the music because we aren't moving and clicking along with important aspects of the song. Look at the setup that you have in the hard diff. That is the kind of thing that you want here. Try this sort of rhythm:ImageI have similar complaints with sliders like 01:07:182 (1) although that one is not as bad. On the end of that slider, the vocals start a new idea, so it makes the entire section feel awkward to play imo. You could try arranging as you see fit.
A triplet at 01:31:132 fits the music perfectly and then a jump into the slider 1. - 01:31:384 (3,4,5,6) - You have such small spacing here even though these are some of the most accented beats in the song. A jump to the slider 01:32:392 (6) is fantastic because of the loud finish hit on its head.
- 01:14:997 (6,7,1) - Since the vocals really increase in intensity here, you could try increasing spacing, which might play better especially after the jump pattern at 01:13:485 (1,2,3,4) when the vocals were more relaxed.
- 01:19:535 (1,2,3) - Since the vocals are holding here, try instead following the background music by shortening the 1 by 1/4 and adding a circle, then delete 2 and more the 3 1/2 earlier like this:Image
You could have a nice blanketing jump to the 3 perhaps. - 01:38:947 (4,5) - Unstack them? It fits better with the 01:37:686 (1,2,3) pattern and plays nicer imo. Try it see if you agree.
[Hard]
- 00:03:148 (3,4) - This is alright here, just note that it's not really following anything in the music since the vocals are completely different here than they were at 00:01:132 (2,3). It would be better if you had a slider at 00:02:896 with a repeat on the blue tick, just like at 00:06:930 (6).
- 00:15:501 (3,4,5) - Missing claps here I suppose.
- 00:22:560 (4) - Clap on head.
- 00:23:064 (5,1) - Switch NC makes more sense to me to follow vocals.
- 00:24:577 (2) - Since we were following vocals with the 00:23:064 (5,6,1) I'd rather you not have this large jump here. It's a bit surprising. Instead I'd like if you would follow vocals with a rhythm like so:
- 00:27:854 (6) - The repeat is not following anything in the song and is missing the vocal hit at 00:28:358. I'd like it if you would extend the slider by 1/2. That or shorten it by 1/2 if you don't want to miss out on the clap.
- 00:32:644 (5) - Clap on the head and on the end is nice to follow the music here.
- 01:04:409 (3) - Clap on first repeat.
- 01:33:653 (1,2,3) - Try increasing spacing to make the rhythm more obvious and to avoid the overlap with the 01:32:896 (6).
- 01:39:199 (4) - Missing clap on head I suppose.
[Normal]
- 00:00:880 (1,2) - I think it's a confusing way to start the map. I'd prefer that you combine these into one slider.
- 00:06:426 (4,5) - The 5 being on the blue tick is a bit weird and it's difficult for the player to even notice the difference in spacing from previous notes. I highly suggest changing the rhythm before this so that you could have a repeating slider here. The idea is this:Image
Circle at 00:06:426 and then slider starting at 00:06:930. Also move the spinner to the right 1/4 tick. - 00:16:006 - I'd like you to remove the slider tick hitsound from this spot. After the finish at 00:15:753 this clap is really noisy. It's just too much noise and may confuse the player. Also the clap at 00:16:006 is much softer than the one at 00:15:501 so it's fine not to have it hitsounded here imo.
- 00:27:602 (5) - I think you can make a more intuitive rhythm if you shorten this slider to end at 00:28:611 instead and have the clap on the end. Then have a 1/1 slider at 00:29:115 to follow the vocals. The reason why I say this is because the clap at 00:28:611 is really loud and it's an important beat in the section. It's better to have it on a hit like the slider end instead of in the middle of the slider. Like this:
This is why the ranking guidelines discourage the use of slidertick hitsounds. They encourage mappers to make unintuitive rhythms because they can add the hitsounds in the middle of sliders and it confuses the player. - Some times in the kiai you use a soft whistle instead of a finish, like at 01:21:048 (4,1) for example, at places where you normally use finishs (in other diffs. It's not a problem, just listing it here.
[Easy]
- 00:06:930 (4,1) - I highly suggest that you even out the spacing here. New players will enjoy more movement, and there's plenty of space here to make it 1.0 spacing.
- 00:20:543 (4,1,2,3) - Try changing the rhythm here to follow the vocals more closely. Try removing the repeat from the 4 and then moving the 1,2,3 to the left 1/2. Then add a repeat to the 3. Like so:Image
That or you could extend the 3 by one beat like this: - 01:37:686 (1) - Remove NC? Unnecessary imo.
