By the way, if you want to safely change the timing after changing mp3 (without catching unsnapped lines):
1. Find new timing, compare it to previous one. You will get, for example +9ms or −13ms, something like that (bpm isn't changing while changing mp3 into different quality one). Revert timing to previous settings.
2. Go to Timing Panel (F6), select all timing points (Ctrl+A). You'll see "Move selected offsets by" field in the top left corner.
3. Write your number in the field (e.g. 9, -13, etc.)
4. Press "Move". Voila!
Don't mind if you already knew that, I will just keep this guide here for future purposes.
