  6. 00:21:748 (2,3) - Ok another thing. HDash appears here, it is ok like that. Anyway, if you want to use HDash here use it also on the sections that sound exactly the same way because those are part of the Kiai and the Kiai is almost as easy as the non-kiai. I make you some suggestions where to put some HDashes but please keep in mind that it's still a Platter and shouldn't be too hard: 00:24:962 (1,2,3) - This part is extremely boring to play and has the same rhythm as the part where you used a HDash before, 00:18:105 (1,2,3,4) - same counts for this section, kinda boring and too easy to play for a Kiai,
  7. 00:28:391 (4) - Highly suggest you not to move this note so close to the spinner. Ranking Criteria: "Avoid placing notes closer than 1/2 to a spinner (1/2 is acceptable) as far as possible. This is because, depending on the BPM of the song and length of the spinner self, fruits are largely indistinguishable from spinner fruits when too close together." Nothing against 1/2 distance but in this song the fruit itself is too close on the spinner, so that the spinner appears in a very surprising moment. What can we do to avoid this? Let the spinner start at 00:28:391 - to create a 1/1 distance.
  8. 00:32:462 (4,5) - Wut? You made the Kiai so easy and now this jump in a non-kiai? Please reduce distance here and make it easier. Jumps like this fit much better in the Kiai.
  9. 00:33:319 (2,3) - Too surprising HDash, also not fitting with the rhythm here at all. Highly suggest to reduce distance here.
  10. 00:38:034 (4) - Too much left, center it between 00:37:819 (3) - and 00:38:247 (5) -
Try to find more modders for the CTB difficulties. I can already tell that those need more improvement.

For example this jump is TOO HARD: 00:40:319 (3,4) - and it is followed by a small jump in exactly the same direction which is just weird. This jump here especially is also too much. 00:41:248 (8,9) - Try to remap this part and make it more logical to the player. This part will lead to a lot of frustrating moments.

I recieved a PM to mod this map while ago. Now it has some mods, it's time to take a look!

[newtoniorock8's Platter]
  1. 00:03:105 (4,5,6) - Aesthetically looks strange, and technically it's a hard dash to deal, considering it's the beginning of the song. I highly recommend to reduce the dash between (5,6).
  2. 00:04:606 (3) - Unsnapped circle.
  3. 00:05:249 (6) - Unsnapped circle.
  4. 00:20:891 (4) - It should be snapped to get repeated in 1/8, not in 1/6. Anyway, I'd leave 1/8 for the most difficult levels, so it's better to use just 1/4 there (though 1/8 would make a huge difference in terms of notes density, since the rest of the song follows a more simple rhythm).
  5. 00:22:177 (4) - ^
  6. 00:37:819 (3,4,5) - A bit nazi. That part could look much better if the distance between those 3 notes is the same. Either move (3) more to the right, or center (4) between the other notes.
  7. 00:39:748 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - I felt that part a bit empty. Don't be afraid to fill up the gaps (referring to red ticks) between those notes with more circles.
There are some inconsistencies in the timeline, but overall it's a good job!

  1. ¿Cambia el nombre de la dificultad a Rain para seguir el estándar de nombres?
  2. Hay una falta de Finishes (sólo has usado uno), y de hitsounds en general, los cuales pueden ser bastante mejorados. Aquí tienes dos ejemplos muy marcados:
    1. 00:01:819 (1) - hasta 00:08:677 (2) - Aquí sólo usas un Clap por cada estrofa (cada línea blanca larga en la línea de tiempo). Es definitivamente muy poco.
    2. 00:15:748 (1) - hasta 00:21:319 (5) - Absolutamente ningún hitsound. Puedes incluír perfectamente un Finish en 00:18:962 (1), y seguir rellenando los huecos con otros hitsounds no tan sonoros.
  3. 00:03:105 (5,6) - No entiendo por qué la distancia entre ambos sliders es menor que la que hay en los previos (1,2). De todas formas, y para aumentar la diversidad de movimientos, te recomiendo usar Ctrl-H en esas notas.
  4. 00:04:605 (2,3,4) - Mira la distancia que hay entre (4) y la siguiente nota. ¿No debería haber un salto ahí también? Usa Ctrl-H en (2,3,4) para crear ese efecto.
  5. 00:06:534 (1) - Usando un slider 1/1 estás omitiendo beats importantes. Intenta que al menos ese tick rojo esté representado por una nota, ya sea transformando ese slider en 3 notas, o reduciendo el slider a 1/2 y añadiendo una repetición.
  6. 00:08:034 (1) - En este otro slider 1/1 me decantaría por la opción de las 3 notas, y si fuera posible, añadiendo saltos entre ellas, como hiciste previamente con 00:04:605 (2,3,4).
  7. 00:11:248 (3,4) - Otro sitio donde podrías introducir ese efecto previamente mencionado. En este caso, ese slider debería desaparecer y ser sustituido por las notas pertinentes. El efecto debería empezar en 00:11:462.
  8. 00:12:105 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Echa un vistazo aquí. Has organizado los primeros sliders en grupos de dos. ¿No tendría más sentido introducir un salto por cada slider? Así acompañarías a los beats del TAH! TAH! TAH! TAH!
  9. 00:14:248 (6,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - No estoy del todo convencido con la organización de las notas. No es un stream completo, sino que se podrían eliminar algunas notas. Prueba esto en la línea de tiempo: http://puu.sh/48M9a.jpg . Ten en cuenta incluir saltos entre las primeras notas para remarcar la letra, y un HDash al comienzo del kiai, ya que es un beat bastante potente.
  10. 00:20:677 (2,3,4) - Debería ser un grupo de 5 notas 1/8, no de 3 notas 1/4 (refiriéndome al final del slider (2) como una nota más). Añade notas en 00:20:944 y 00:21:052.
  11. 00:22:177 (9,1) - Aquí también debería haber un 5plet, y no sólo 2 notas sin más. Añade en 00:22:230 - 00:22:284 - 00:22:337.
  12. 00:24:105 (1,2,3,4) - Las notas que has usado ahí no tienen ningún sentido. ¿Dónde se oye que haya un 5plet al principio, y luego se omita un beat entre (1,2)? Usa esta estructura en la línea de tiempo: http://puu.sh/48M0X.jpg
  13. 00:26:177 (1,2,3,4,5) - El cambio de Normal a Soft, en cuanto a hitsounds se refiere, es demasiado abrupto. Prueba a reducir únicamente el volumen, pero conservando el tipo de sonido Normal.
  14. 00:26:177 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Es bastante arriesgado seguir la letra en esta parte, ya que entran en juego repentinamente notas 1/6 y no quedan muy bien con el ritmo 1/2 relativamente monótono que lleva la música. Organiza las notas de manera que todas estén en los ticks blancos y rojos.
  15. 00:27:534 (6,1) - Aquí también sigues la letra, pero al ser la dificultad más alta, sería mejor añadir más beats. ¿Qué tal esto? http://puu.sh/48MOD.jpg
  16. 00:31:605 - ¿Otra nota más aquí? Es un beat flojo, pero queda mejor dejar un 3plet a sólo 2 notas 1/4 aisladas.

  18. 00:34:605 (1,2,3) - Son definitivamente 1/8 y no 1/4. Añade notas, siguiendo previas sugerencias.
  19. 00:35:891 (9,10,1) - ^
  20. 00:37:498 (6) - Esta nota no es realmente necesaria. Se podría eliminar.
  21. 00:38:355 - ¿Añade una nota?
  22. 00:38:677 (3,4) - Nah... No parece que haya que usar los ticks azules ahí.
  23. 00:39:533 (6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Evita los ticks morados (1/6) si puedes, como en la parte mencionada anteriormente, y así te quitas de quebraderos de cabeza ^^".
  24. 00:42:105 (10) - New Combo. Además, y para intensificar el rugido, puedes aumentar el BPM de ese slider con una sección verde (en el panel de Timing se puede hacer). Con 1,5x BPM podría bastar.
This is the difficulty that needs more attention from the modders, specially the Hitsound part!

@Cah-m's Mod: None of the suggestions which has been said fit with the actual structure of my Map, the suggestion with the circle breaks the transition from my side.

@LKs' Mod: It should be a crime that 1/8 is somehow possible to be ranked. Uh well, about the Idea to the Muzukashii Diff on 00:26:891 (74) isn't sooo bad.. but I have to think deeper about it. For now there are no changes. Thank you for your Mods.

00:05:248 (1) - En esta parte estas usando la simetria, asi que te aconsejo dejar esta nota a la misma altura que el (3) anterior, que seria en x:160. Tambien puedes hacer algo asi, para que el patron que sigue tenga un mejor flow, ya que la diferencia de espacio entre (1,2) y (2,3) es demasiado notoria y no queda muy bien.
00:08:677 (4) - La distancia entre esta y la nota anterior es bastante menor a la distancia entre (2,3). Te recomiendo dejar este slider en x:96 para que tengan la misma distancia. No te olvides de copiar este slider y hacer un flip horizontal al siguiente para que quede simetrico.
00:10:391 (1) - Al hacer el cambio anterior creo que aqui puedes aumentar la distancia, dejando (1) en x:64. Tambien te aconsejo, que para seguir el patron, agregues el mismo slider con un flip horizontal. Deberia quedar asi.

- I'd change the white combo color in like grey because i found it a but hard to see a some points :P

00:24:962 (5) - I would put two circles at 00:24:962 - and 00:25:391 - , sounds/feels better imo :)
00:28:391 (1) - I'd put a slider from 00:28:391 - to 00:29:248 - and a note here 00:29:677 -

I think I should explain myself for this as you stop at 00:28:391 - for all the diffs : you don't map a beat here, just the begenning of the roaaar, so for me it would make more sense either not to put this note or else to map the roar with a slider (and not notes, or players wouldn't understand). And as you would map the roaar, I'd add a not on the hey to make sense.
That's for the fisrt solution, cause I think a spinner would really look great and might be more understandable :)

    This map uses only 1/2 and 1/1. A bit easy for Muzukashii? This is a very simple suggestion but maybe add a few 1/4? You don't have to.
I'm not too much of a fan of Harlem Shake but its only 42 seconds long so I survived. Hahaha.
The Taiko maps are okay in my opinion. They feel a bit easy but there isn't much density in the song either.
