Your hitsound should be more audible, I can't hear it clearly. Consider to use 60+ volume for soft sampleset
For some part, you could use taiko-normal-hitclap because I found that it fits!

02:56:151 (2,3,4,5) - Streams kinda felt weird to me here. I prefer if you just made it a circle really. If you wanted to make it harder, perhaps make the music with similar melody like at 02:47:676 (4,5,6,7,1) - a jump instead? {It's the beginning of a pattern of 2 streams and then 5 1/2s, though, so I would prefer to keep it like this.}

if you want to keep the distance spacing, please turn grid snap off and re-arrange the notes, because there is noticeable spacing inconsistency between notes while the grid snap is not always accurate. {They're accurate enough for me, the ones I'm more concerned about are spacing that breaks patterns, which grid snap helps.} {Did a spacing recheck for over-the-top grid snaps, anyway.}
before 01:08:642 - there is heavy overmap. same as Redzero, you should remap this part {It is mapped to the soft beat at the back.}
02:07:273 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - I don't really get the sudden jump. reducing distance is not a bad idea. {Accelerates to the main jump at (6 to 11), instead of an even more sudden jump. There was also a jump used at the same tune at 02:00:673 (3,4,5,6,7,8).}
