Anyway, I want to make a hint for every modder. I have big troubles in making the Boston-diff a bit harder than the Paris-diff.
Especially on parts like this I have no idea what to put in Boston:

00:10:257 - to 00:10:937 -

And so on, the parts are all sounding the same. I just need help how to map them. Advices would be great because my mapping really sucks on those parts!

soft-hitwhistle is clearly inaudible. Consider to increase it by around +5~+8 db

=Paris=
1. For easy diff, it would be great if the combo number is up to 4. Use NC every 4 stanza to keep it low.
2. It's kinda hard for having a boring 1/1 beat on Easy diff. Hey, we can extend the length and make it simpler.
3. 00:07:538 (1) - Sampleset soft, addition normal, add finish. Sounds great.
4. 00:40:167 (1,2,3) - We can improve it my making a triangle shape. The possible shape here are http://puu.sh/3fFdl.jpg or http://puu.sh/3fFeH.jpg . Keep in mind that you must change the notes after this if you make a change.
5. 01:08:263 (1,2,3,4) - Make it simpler, you can abuse those tick by doing some sounds on it (read=soft-slidertick / normal-slidertick) http://puu.sh/3fFiz.jpg
6. 01:18:233 (1) - Can you make this spinner has a low volume slowly by using inherited timing?

8. 01:49:955 (7) - Add clap is okay, we still can hear the clap on music.

About the part you mention, you don't need to follow all of the synth. It's okay as long as it fits with the music (like the example on our pm, or maybe you want the log?)

Rokodo's difficulty had too many SV Changes. Concerning the Taiko Ranking Criteria that's not allowed. However, even after talking with Onosaki, Rokodo was not willed to change his Taiko difficulty because he sees it as untouchable. It doesn't matter, Gezo already made a very neat substitute-oni.

Waiting for more mods, michael's Taiko mod will be hopefully checked soon by Gezo. You are free to mod the Taiko's anyway if you do not repeat his points.

Feeling when i played the map:
Paris: The diff is cool but a little bit repetitive to play, maybe try to add more variety to your sliders and use less copy paste.
Boston: The diff is good to play but the notes are really stuck to each other. Maybe you should have used a DS a little bit higher and it would have been more aesthetic.
San Francisco: Besides 00:22:040 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) which is very hard to read and to play. The 3/4 are always hard to play when they aren't stacked but when they are it's even worse. And since the AR is low it's nearly impossible to read. But besides this part i kinda liked the diff ^^

At the start the music is always the same. It the same repetition of 7 beats so the NC should be here. MArking each repetition.
So, you should have a NC at 00:11:164 (2), 00:14:789 (3), 00:18:414 (4). Etc.... The same principle apply for all the song. I think you should recheck your NC in this diff follownig the beats in the background and not just doing "i put a NC every 4 notes/sliders"
00:29:291 (3,4,1) - Since all is a copy paste of the beggining of the song why isnt it like 00:14:789 (3,4,1)? Be consistent! But i think you should keep this because it avoids an overlap and change 00:14:789 (3,4,1).
00:47:417 (4) - I know it might sounds hypochritical but why not keeping the same slider as 3 rotate by 180°. The blanket would be much better.
01:09:170 (2) - Move it to x=408 y=304 for a better blanket.
01:28:203 (2) - Move it to x=336 y=40 for the same reason.
01:31:828 (3) - Move it to x=288 y=64 for the same reason.
01:42:705 (2) - Move it to x=88 y=160 for the same reason.
01:46:330 (3) - Move it to x=120 y=152 for the same reason.

Same NC suggestions.
Your NC are even weirder here. At the beggining the length of your combo is goes from 5 to 7 for most of them. Then it's barely over 3. Then it goes like the beggining.
00:21:133 (1) - I don't know if the spinner is really usefull here since it's as short as some of your sliders. Maybe replace it by a slider or nothing like in the Easy diff.
01:14:608 (1) - I think CTRL+G plays better.
01:47:237 (1,2,3,4) - Try to make them symmetrical.

[San Francisco]

If you intend to keep 00:16:601 (5) i would suggest to use AR+1 because it's nearly unreadable.
00:16:601 (5) - It should be CTRL+G for the symmetry.
00:35:862 (2) - x1.5 is a little bit too violent for an acceleration. Especially when you didn't expect it. I would suggest to lower it to x1.2-1.3.
00:43:792 (1,4) - Overlapping.
01:07:357 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This placement really seems random.... With 7 notes you have a lot of possibility and you've already done good pattern in the first half of your diff. Why not continuing in the second half?
01:14:608 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - It's confusing how you go to "following the music" as "following the lyrics". We doesn't expect 01:16:420 and 01:16:874 to be without any note.
01:35:680 (2) - Same as 00:35:862 (2).
01:38:173 (4,6) - Overlapping.
01:39:532 (2) - Maybe CTRL+G?
01:41:118 (4) - ^

No issues found. So I'll focus more on optional suggestions :3

Suggested patterns ~

Here are the minor suggestions of patterns / hitsounds. It's your own choice whether to follow these suggestions.

( I know ddk is to fit the previous d-oriented mapping, but when I see the kd kkd at 68~72, I feel that having a pattern for transition will be a good idea. kkd also somehow fits the background music so don't really need to worry about the hitsounds, although ddk is totally fine )

00:41:165 ( 167,168 ) - oo ? ( I'd prefer dk instead of kd, because 161~162 already suggested dk. Imo hitsound consistency should be taken into consideration, as that's what you did at (137,138, 143,144, 149,150) too :3 )
00:42:071 ( 173,174 ) - ^

00:46:150 ( 196 ) - Blue note ? ( Again, hitsound consistency ( dk ) with ( 185,186, 190,191 ). I guess the background music has sufficient sound to justify k here as well )

I made it a bit louder but I won't do it as in the hard diff. It is my style and I wanna follow it in my difficulties as well.
And for this whole diff, I'd like to say that, the 1.0x distance snap is badly chosen. well just some small things to point out, also delete electronic from tags, that is the genre it will be set to on osu anyway so its not needed in tags

01:33:733 (1) - also need to remove this combo to follow the pattern you use before it
01:39:171 (4,1) - take the newcombo off 01:40:078 (1) - and put it onto the 4 before it to follow your own pattern, you are kinda breaking it atm

Combo color 4 (dark blue) is kind of hard to read, especially with those backgrounds
There's a lot of pointless timing sections that don't seem to do anything o_O

00:28:476 (4) - A bit close to the previous slider
01:08:355 (4,5) - Not a fan of the zigzag here, maybe those two could be swapped to be slightly softer (with corrected spacing obviously)
01:40:531 (3) - Would flow better with the slider reversed

this difficulty is so repetitive, and your three combo colours are two blue and a white ... that probably makes it even worse, it feels a bit boring. try to make some of your 1/1 sliders into straight sliders and improve the placement in general

00:11:256 (1,2,3) - i prefer you don't use this kind of slider shape so often, its not that nice imo. try to make their shapes more symmetric
00:17:600 (4) - x272 y148 to fix blanket
00:19:413 (2) - remove the 2nd curve point. you are only using curved sliders, make this one straight to make some variation
00:25:757 (1,2,3) - same as 00:11:256 - try to make it a symmetric pattern
01:07:449 (3,4,5,1) - needs a better arrangement, the blanket is terrible and the transitions does not looks to not be trying to follow music

Keep in mind that I mapped it in 2011 and it was one of my first maps. Anyway, I already improved it on a lot of parts. More is not possible. And it's an Easy anyway, they're usually quite repetitive since you cannot use too many notes here.

The 1st uninherited section seems properly timed, but the brigde sounds a bit earlier than normal. This is what I got:

Offset: 380 - BPM 132,400 - 4/4

@pimpG: I won't add extra notes there. In some points like 00:08:990 I have to choose between different options:

Put the note closer to the next one --> It'll be hidden by the slider
Put the note in a visible point after the slider --> Too far away from the next one
Stack the note under the end of the slider --> I'd rather not do that, I'm not a fan of them

About the whistles, they really fit imo. Hearing properly the music, those constant groups of 2 S-whistles go along with the instrument. That means, I only changed the final spinner, like Sey did with his diffs.
