Pretty nice, just a few suggestions.
00:16:043 (4,5) - This part feels way better if you put (4) x:240 and (5) x:360.
00:58:505 - These hyperdash are really hard to play, they feels too slow, strongly suggest to remove them.
01:24:928 (1,2,3) - I prefer if you reduce the distance here, it doesn't fit with the song imo.

Offset is absolutely fine. It directly starts with the first drum beat and there's no need to change it. Dunno what you see wrong in it. And if you think it's wrong give at least the right offset.
You don't have to change it, michael. In fact the map needs someone who rechecks it completely because it is already complimented by some BATs. I'll take a look around.

Well, I didn't said much about the difficulties. They are mapped okay, but pretty monton. Kantan to Muzukashii have at 00:33:812 and 00:59:658 rather a copy-paste which makes the kiai not emphasizes enough.
Oni lacks a bit of structure with its kats, due to beat-vocal mapping, but hey, compared to your previous map which I modded, you improved a lot! That's great.
About Inner I didn't said much either. I won't interfer too much in your patterns, but let me say that it felt a little boring since the map contain a lot of tripplet patterns which are similiar to each other. In general I would suggest to delete some of these trippelts and have more 1/2 beats. In this way you make the tripplets which are left, more noticeable.

Having one or two more mods wouldn't hurt in my opinion.

SV 1.6 shouldn't be use for Muzukashii in any case. The higher the SV the harder it becomes to consider when to hit the notes, since the map contains less notes. After all the space between notes becomes larger. Also it dosen't that well to the song. ohhh... okay, i changed SV to be 1.4 again now

Well, I didn't said much about the difficulties. They are mapped okay, but pretty monton. Kantan to Muzukashii have at 00:33:812 and 00:59:658 rather a copy-paste which makes the kiai not emphasizes enough.
Oni lacks a bit of structure with its kats, due to beat-vocal mapping, but hey, compared to your previous map which I modded, you improved a lot! That's great.
About Inner I didn't said much either. I won't interfer too much in your patterns, but let me say that it felt a little boring since the map contain a lot of tripplet patterns which are similiar to each other. In general I would suggest to delete some of these trippelts and have more 1/2 beats. In this way you make the tripplets which are left, more noticeable.
okay, i edited some at the kiai parts from 00:33:812 (1) - to be some 1/2beats notes there

Having one or two more mods wouldn't hurt in my opinion.

- Offset feels off, I'd recommend getting a second timing check as your offset probably changed when you had the mp3 bitrate changed (Both people who previously did a time check did it with the 320kbps mp3, so their offset is no longer correct.

- You have a lot of wasted timing points, you should only need the uninherited one that sets the bpm, the one that starts the kiai, and the one that ends the kiai. Nothing more. It should look like this

Keep in mind there's some note removals in here so numbers might not be accurate, use timestamps as reference instead.

00:01:274 (4,5,6) - ddk doesn't seem to really fit here, I'd suggest dkd or ddd instead.

00:01:966 (8,9,10,11) - This would probably play and sound a bit better if you move 9 and 10 a 1/4 tick over to the right. If you applied the above mod, you could use the opposite of whichever suggestion you used. (Aka, if you used dkd the first time, use ddd this time, and vice versa)

00:02:774 (13) - Remove this note if you applied both above suggestions to keep patterns consistent.

Doing the above 3 mods gives you a solid d d k d d d k d d d k beat on the 1/2 ticks.

00:04:043 (21) - Remove this note, the drum ends on the previous tick.

00:07:966 (34) - This downbeat sounds better as a don imo.

00:10:505 (43,44) - Remove 44 to fit the vocals better. I'd also suggest making 43 a don if you do this.

I glanced over the other taiko difficulties really quick, and I don't have the time to mod them all right now. Overall the guest difficulty other than some small parts seemed okay, but the rest of the taiko diffs still need work. I'll see if I can edit my post later and mod the rest of the difficulties when I have more time.

confirming what tasha said, i found the notes a little off (i felt the claps were off from the beats) and tried 574. try to get more people to time it properly to confirm or infirm my sayings about it. don't forget that they are all suggestions and I want precise justifications as to why you've refused.

I wasn't much satisfied with the map to be honest, it has a lot of defaults older maps have (speedup that comes out of nowhere from my perception and lots of doubles that have nothing to do with the song) <- only perception from myself
I have however appreciated the differences in the map between calm and intense parts, although it can be done much better.
