Seems a bit hard for a Normal. I'll probably be suggesting lots of notes that you really don't need to worry about having in there. It should make the song a bit more fun to play and seem like less of a struggle for some half notes. Your mapping style is pretty different from mine so I don't really expect you to make many changes :P

Also, why not raise the AR by 1? just so it matches with your other difficulties. (232 / 444 / 676 / 787 is the current. 4 to 7 is a pretty big jump in AR)

  2. 00:08:749 (4) - Delete this, This circle feels more forced than anything, and it makes the next little bit flow much better.

  6. 01:23:521 (1) - I would horizontal flip this because to me, it doesn't play like a jump and it'll probably catch people off guard.

  1. 00:07:840 (4) - I think this would play better on the (1) instead of the (2) as it creates more of a circular motion
  2. 00:16:476 - for the amount you love vocals. I think it would be great if you could squeeze a note in this spot instead of making this a 1/1 slider.
  3. 00:51:249 (8) - two suggestions: Turn this into a single circle, or extend this slider by 1/2 It plays funny and hits nothing on its tail end when its a 1/2 slider
  4. 00:51:703 (1,2) - would play better as a 1/1 slider due to both vocals and the music even as following the bass isn't that important
  5. 00:56:021 (3,4) - The (3) slider plays strange as well. It would be better to turn this into a reverse slider, or convert it into pure circles.
  6. 01:22:158 (3) - End this slider 1/2 earlier and add a note in the missing spot. you are missing a key drum hit.
  7. 01:24:090 - and 01:24:317 - Add notes. this means you'll be making this a stream. the drums in the background really call for a stream here, so I would highly suggest it.

00:00:343 (1) - The whistle is creating some weird dissonances almost every time it appears. Whilst you could get multiple pitches to fit the chord progression that is so much effort to do just to even work out how best to fill some of the open chords, so my ears will thank you if you get rid of it from every diff please. x.x

00:22:048 (8,9) - It feels odd playing this and there's nothing in the music which (8) should be there at all actually so I would get rid of it myself.

00:34:434 (3,4,5) - I don't like where (5) is, perhaps stack it on top of (3) instead of the slider?
00:36:252 (2,3,4,5,6) - Same issue as above.

01:09:889 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - The space between (4) and (5) doesn't suit the way you've used hit circles in the rest of the map in that there's never a gap of more than 1/2 a tick unless it's really obviously in the music. Turning (4) into a slider would solve that but then would break the pattern which is also not good... Personally myself I would want to come up with a completely new pattern like this? i find that the timing sounds too early. try a 1002(+18) because i find that's the correct timing in this song IMO. confirm it with someone else to make sure.
please note that i'm modding with your offset, so if you apply my suggestions with any coding, remember to re-snap the notes.

[Easy]
00:11:707 (3) - i think you forgot to add a finish at the beginning, so to fix this problem, add a finish at the beginning to show emphasis in the cymbals in the BGM.
00:30:780 (2) - for this one, replace this for a drum finish at the end since the drums sound differently and it sounds a lot similar to the drums in the BGM IMO.
00:32:598 (4) - same as above, but this time, add the drum finish instead.
00:40:570 (1,1) - the gap between the spinner and the slider is too soon and too awkward to follow for beginners since the repeat ends at an odd spot for beginners, so for this one, you should end the spinner at 00:42:616, leave that gap for beginners to recover, and add a circle at 00:44:434 so that it'd be a lot easier and more straightforward for beginners to follow during gameplay.
00:48:525 (2) - for this one, it's the clap that's missing for consistency in the claps, so add a clap in this part since it feels empty and it breaks consistency with the hitsound pattern during gameplay.

00:03:525 (1,2,3,4,5) - personally, i find that the stack in this movement pattern breaks the sense of flow in this map since i feel that it suddenly stops here, so for this one, it'd flow a lot smoother if you can space them all out to represent that smooth transition and flow in this part of the song during gameplay. from what i see, it should look something like this.
00:27:843 (2) - for this one, i think it'd be more readable and less confusing if you adjusted the slider like this. the bad slider overlap like that would feel somewhat confusing and awkward to follow as well during gameplay IMO.
00:47:161 (5) - i think that re-adjusting the slider like this would feel more smoother and more flowy during gameplay IMO.
00:50:798 (4) - the flow behind this slider looks bad and a bit sloppy to follow IMO, so for this one, you should remove one of the points of the slider to show that smoothness in the diff during gameplay.
01:12:161 - the flow suddenly stops once the end of (4) is hit. the slider might tell the player that the flow here is still going, so for this one, add a circle, and a slider that starts at 01:12:389, and ending it at 00:13:070 for a smoother transition in this part of the song during gameplay.

00:14:434 (1,2,3,4,1) - i think that moving this pattern here would be more neater since (2) and the 2nd (1) would be stacked at the beginning of (5) and (4), making the transition feel smoother and neater during gameplay IMO.

  3. 00:15:358 (1,2,3,4) - rhythm here is pretty good, but we can make it better. If you start this part with slider, beginners will be able to catch rhythm easier! Basically, i want you to do something like this.
  4. 00:21:722 (3) - nazi - since (3)'s tail is too close to (2) beginners may mistakenly hit it. If there's any way to change it without ruining your flow - go ahead and change it!
  5. 00:32:631 (4) - nooo! why did you break your cute 1/1 rhythm here. It may confuse beginners, so I'd recommend you to keep rhythm consistent here. How? It's pretty easy, take a look at this example and you'll see that sliders can help you!
  6. 00:38:995 (3,4) - how about using Ctrl+G on (3) and unstacking (4)? I think it will make your flow smoother, try it!

  1. 1/2 objects are a bit overlapped. That little overlap makes them look messy. Try to avoid iit next time. Probably it'll be better if you will make such patterns more overlappy or you can try to avoid such overlaps.
    Note: as I said you don't have to change anything at this diff. Just keep it mind for your future maps :) But I'd be happy if you change it now, tbh.

  4. 00:29:222 (6,7,8,9) - such stacks are pretty hard to read, please unstack this triplet to make pattern more playable!
  5. 01:01:722 (6) - thisjump fits here, but it can be much better if you reduce distance of jump! So, it will not break your flow that much
