K, my second game went a bit better.
In the end I was nearly unkillable w/ baron buff, even with 3 guys on me they couldn't do the smallest bit of damage. lol

Enemy Blitz jungle kept stealing my buffs with his grab + smite

Top pushes his lane nonstop which makes it impossible for me to gank
SOMEHOW lost the game

People complain about the jungler, no matter what. I know Vulf's mentioned it a few times too.Glass wrote:

yeah I remember the first time I jungled, everyone argued that I didn't gank so I muted all but 2 people and we won because of my fly ganks, problem was, I kinda died often trying to gank but at least my teammates managed to get the kills lolGlass wrote:

People will argue that you don't gank if you aren't there like... instantly, even if you see something else in more need (or they waited to long to ping for help).Hika wrote:

Have played over 1000 games, sure I got less than 10 ragequits (can only remember 2 (in which they died early and left.)) in all those games over those other 9000+ people playing. Happens more often that people have some connection/client issues and have a small dc/or join the game 2-3 min after it starts, though this also barely happens and doesn't influence my games really that much.Azer wrote:

It's because certain people think they're better than they actually are, and talking down to other members of the team reinforces them in that thinking. Essentially they spend so much time focusing on the mistakes of other people and flaming them for said mistakes that they become completely oblivious to how bad they are, which in turn makes them feel better about themselves. ofc im no psychologist but imo this is how it worksSiFly wrote:

I actually find it's Junglers and ADCs. If you're an ADC, you're expected to do most of the damage on the team (at least, that's what I've seen). That's too much pressure imo. But then again, I don't ADC or support so what do I know.Vulf wrote:
Junglers and supports take most of the blame.
I kinda stopped jungling this season because it's not even fun. At least season 2 had gold items to stack to keep up with on gold. RIP heart of gold.
Sounds fun. Oh well, guess some people have to get self esteem somewhere.tyrael6192 wrote:

I think supports should get a lot of credit where due, they're just... not... People just look at kills and say something along the lines of "Wow, our ADC is good!"Hika wrote:

I'm a decent support, but nothing special. Things that make him strong in my opinion:Justykanna wrote:

Orianna. That's not too hard to figure out. Though it could be argued that full effect of Twisted Fate's power may be a little difficult. He is all about timing windows. And Lee Sin too.[AirCoN] wrote:

sure, in lane cassio can stomp anyone, kind of like draven in botlane, but the real difficulty behind her is using her to max potential in teamfights. you basically have to position perfectly for an ult and then spend the rest of the fight trying not to get killed from diversTKiller wrote:

don't mind the fact that your early game is so ridiculously strong that you can kill the enemy adc 100-0 in 4 or 5 axes...SiFly wrote:
Draven is impossible to play, when you aa an enemy you have to direct toward where you want your axes to land and catch and repeat. This means.. you'll have to know where you want to be with your next autoattack, very quickly and constanly. Aiming the axe landing position is already very hard to do mechanically.

Who is, mechanically, the hardest champion to play effectivelyI don't know who's the hardest but some tough ones are Draven, Orianna, Cassio, Syndra.
You can even just watch the health bars of your allies and press the F2-5 keys to watch them quickly if you see something happen ;sDevalix wrote:

Shen in my game didn't ult once during laning phase because he had "a hard time in lane".

Because Urgot was overnerfed after the one time he saw tournament play.
He is still good in a solo lane imo, but he is terrible as an adc carry now.
Yeah it's definitely up to the supports. Maybe Draven was a bad example, my point is that he can zone people out really easily if he can get E and max amount of Q once. That doesn't drain your mana too badly but it does drain their HP really badly.Kanye West wrote:
I think draven vs urgot is even and probably decided by the supports, especially considering draven doesn't need mana to harass while urgot has mana problems in early laning
plus, urgot is very reliant on hitting his E+Q to get his damage off, while draven just needs to press q and auto.
That's easy, say "taking anything needed" in champ select.Glass wrote:

Before he was nerfed he WAS an anti ADC. No ADC could win trades against him ever.Igenatius wrote:

Play him with an aggressive support and zone out fucking everyone.
Not even Draven can match his damage. Think of him as anti-AD carry.
Aren't you like plat 5? Everyone already knows that being at the bottom of a division is it's own hell because of the safety net this season.Glass wrote:

how the fuck do you get to plat and still not have a preferred role
The problem is people who say NOTHING in champ select. I'm shit at jungle and I let my team know before we start picking, I literally go into every champ select saying "pref top/spp, shit at jungle" so my team doesn't have suffer with a bad jungler like me. Even if you choose to fill the missing role every game, you'll most likely have one role that's weaker than the rest, and it's your responsibility to let your team know as soon as possible.Igenatius wrote:

I guess they don't want to make a hassle in champ select by calling roles, but when they fail they blame it on whoever left them the role.
Bad way to do things, but not the worst.
Yes I'm in plat5. We're supposed to get queued depending on our MMR, but once I got into plat 5 I've had nothing but SHIT TIER bot laners literally every time someone didn't call for the role, like bronze/silver level ADCs without any sense of how to play the damn game. I've tried to play ADC but it's the same story, the guy who gets forced into support plays like absolute shit and I get zoned to hell in lane.Vulf wrote:

yeah follow this advice, when I'm close to last pick I usually say "filling in" because I know I'm not going to get my choice pick and I can play any role (like everyone should be able to do in ranked/draft anyways)Igenatius wrote:
