Easy:

There's a lot of parts that can really benefit from a high-hat sample. If you want to, you can use the high-hat sample from this map to add into your map (I don't have puush on this computer D:. The file is normal-hitwhistle.wav.) https://osu.ppy.sh/s/54083

00:23:159 - Maybe add a flash here or something. Even if it's just in the stars in the sky flashing or something, it'd be cool to have something emphasizing the impact point.
00:53:395 - ^. This might be better as a full screen flash but you can have the sky flash too.
Maybe add a "Thank roo 4 playin" at the end or something at the end? Idunno like it's not entirely necessary but it might be a little cute to add at the end :3.

Hard:
00:08:985 (3) - This might flow a bit better if it was to the right of the note, rather than the left.

There's a lot of parts that can really benefit from a high-hat sample. If you want to, you can use the high-hat sample from this map to add into your map (I don't have puush on this computer D:. The file is normal-hitwhistle.wav.) https://osu.ppy.sh/s/54083 seems nice suggestion but i think this isn't fit with song well ( or my HS skill is bad orz )

No it's not, "en route" is not a typo, it's a real word. You can check your dictionary. Also confirming the lyrics from the official site.

This set is just beautiful.

But I have a problem with the artist/title. I understand Mark Hoppus is in the tags, but he actually features in this song (listen to the vocals!). Shouldn't it be "Owl City - Dementia (feat. Mark Hoppus)"?
