Sorry my push is experiencing some problems so I'm not going to make a full mod but I will point out some problems that you have.
Basically your spacing is the largest problem. Take an example:
00:02:844 (3,4,5) - These three and 00:05:108 (1,2) - should share the same amount of spacing since they are similar pattern, not only in rhythm but also in drums. However you're using two totally different spacings.
00:13:740 (4,5,6,7) - This sudden enlarge in spacing is non-sense.
00:14:589 (8,9,10,11) - Can you see the differences in spacing btw these notes?
00:17:844 (1,2) - and 00:18:268 (3,4,5) Yes, the same problem.
YES. We do not be so strict follow with distance snap in Insane or Hard diff. But before you become a experienced mapper who can control the spacing by sense, I recommend you open distance snap and rearrange your map.
