Also, anecdotes from randoms in #modhelp effectively saying "wow that's odd" doesn't prove that the timing is incorrect. Moreso, if you actually knew what you were talking about, you would probably realize that it would also be incredibly unlikely for the tempo to be altered in this manner by an encoding error as you suggested.

Extra + something between Normal and Hard + Easy(EASY, though it's tough to map it in some of those songs XD), is a good spread for all abilities
