Offset is fine imo. Zejky used the same mp3 with the ranked map

That error is not kiai time, and i don't think that's big problem, but i'm still asking MAT/BAT for this.

• OD -1 or 2 ? imo OD 7 for such lower BPM song with intense streams could be harsh for most players. I guess OD 5~6 is enough for this diff :3

• tbh I like your first part of this diff more ( First 35% ), where the notes are less dense. imo some parts later could be too dense and somehow affects the rather relaxing feeling brought by the song. Below are some suggestions that may help fixing this :

Suggested patterns ~

Here are the minor suggestions of patterns / hitsounds. It's your own choice whether to follow these suggestions.

00:01:139 ( 1~10 ) - Try this hitsound pattern ? ( In this quiet section, as drum is absent, I think following the pitch of instrument is the best way to fit the music :3 )
00:05:969 ( 14 ) - Blue note ? ( Same situation with above. Since this has an even higher pitch than 13, k -> d fits a lot better than k d )

00:14:613 ( 18 ) - Red note ? ( imo there's no background instrument or pitch difference that support k here. I think d will be a better choice because 19 is k, and d -> k can make a better comparison of hitsound difference )

00:16:901 ( 28 ) - Remove finish ? ( imo the background music isn't that strong to support a finish here )

00:30:376 ( 88~93,1,2,1,2 ) Try using this instead ? ( imo the consecutive k you're using makes the hitsounds monotonous and they don't really fit the song. What I did is adding some d, changed the location of 3-plets to better fit the drum, and making the last part less dense to fit what you mapped in the coming softer part )

00:49:698 ( 15 ) - Red note ? ( Again, imo there's not much supporting the use of k here and it sounds quite unnatural. )

01:09:528 ( 115~119 ) - o o ooo ? ( This fits the pitch of vocal better imo. Current hitsound patterns also don't really fit imo )

01:15:630 ( 146~148 ) - ooo ? ( Same reason with above )

01:24:528 ( 26 ) - Add finish ? ( It's the start of kiai and it has strong beat to justify the finish )

01:28:596 ( 48 ) - Remove finish ? ( I think the background beat isn't that strong here, so maybe no finish is better )

01:53:511 ( 172 ) - ^ ( 170 already has the function of emphasizing the heavy beat. Adding one more finish after 171 seems to make the diff unnecessarily misleading )

I guess this is your early attempt at taiko mapping ?
Although map is technically rankable, it's better to refine your pattern usages and hitsounds selections
Currently the diff has quite random patterns and they seldom correlate to each other ( eg when the song loops similar sections )
For now, maybe just check the above mods and try to think whether you can improve the consistency of the diffs, in terms of patterns and hitsounds.

• 01:18:427 ( 2 ) - Replace this with a spinner ? ( Since the BPM is 117, which is in the range of <=125, osu forces 1/8s on sliders. As this is a muzu diff, having a 1/8 slider might not fit so much. Therefore, spinner could be a better solution )

• 02:07:240 ( 1 ) - This spinner is unnecessarily long. Just end it at 02:09:783. ( The parts after that point has no sound. )

01:14:867 ( 3 ) - Blue note ? ( Judging from 01:12:325 onwards, I guess you're trying to fit the vocal pitch ( although it still could be drum ). And for this k, it fits the vocal better as it sounds like d d k k more than d d d k )

01:16:393 ( 2,1,1,2 ) - Maybe try this instead ? ( This helps continuing the vocal-based mapping, if that's what you intend. Notice that the location of 2-plets has changed )

01:57:071 ( 1 ) - Add finish ? ( For consistency with 01:48:935 ( 1 ) )

Overall nice diff
It's good to see this diff has a lot better consistency than oni
Maybe sand should have a look on this and try to learn to map with better consistency
