This diff is quite hard for a Normal. Maybe you should make some parts a little easier, and besides, don't forget about design:
00:10:621 (1,2,3) - For example, this. The flow doesn't really promise much. Maybe re-arrange this?
And also, try to avoid as many overlaps as possible in easier difficulties.

00:22:985 (5) - New combo here.
00:34:621 (1,2,3) - Don't make (1) so narrow and compact. Rather expand it (placement-based). Also, re-shape the sliders so they make a great blanket pattern:

00:31:718 - Add an uninherited timing point (red line) here with the same BPM, just to adjust the metronome, It may happen that some green lines may unsnap by -1ms, check at least that the ones needed for kiai time are properly snapped after this. Resnap all your objects after this.

[Easy]
00:21:536 (3) - Making this a bit more curved would look nicer, remember fix the spacing after you do this, in case you do.
00:41:910 (3) - You can make this a curved slider, greatly improving the flow and make it nice to play for beginners.
00:44:092 (1) - Soften a bit the curve for these type of sliders, maybe like this.
00:46:274 (4,5) - Something similar as above.
01:00:456 (3,1,2,3,1) - All these repeat sliders may be a bit boring even in an Easy, try to make this part with more variety, maybe like this, of course if you decide to change, you can make your own pattern.

- Your red combo colors is inconsistent. You are using (Red:Green:Blue) R255G0B0 for some diffs, and R240G0B0 for other diffs. It's not too noticeable, but should be fixed unless there's a reason for this.
00:20:092 - The stanza should be here (big white tick). I believe you need to put a red line to fix that, and the reason to do this is for nightcore mod. I am unsure through, so feel free to change only if a BAT asks you too or the person who recheck timing say this.

Please get someone to recheck timing as well, listen to 00:12:092, white tick there is late to music and I see this at other places too.

General comment: I notice you make the rhythm in a way so you can put clap on 2nd and 4th white tick. For Easy, I don't recommend this, for this song especially, I notice a lot of place where the accents is on the red tick and by simply doing everything on white ticks. It doesn't sound too good. Try doing longer slider with repeat on red ticks for example and don't hesitate to do longer sliders even if it breaks clap pattern. For example, at 01:02:273 , I would just do this http://puu.sh/2Q8pr.jpg [look at rhythm not pattern]. For me, I would map this Easy with no consistent clap rhythm. Instead, I'll probably put whistle with the piano and vocal accents. Finish with cymbals naturally and claps only if the rhythm allows it and it's consistent. However, this all come with experience. Some people make use of slider tick sound, I personally don't like it, but if you wish to do this, that's fine too. Overall, I feel some changes should be done to the rhythm. Placement is fine overall.

[Normal]

00:05:910 (4) - Definitely feel there should be a whistle at end.
00:09:910 (5) - I don't really see why clap is like this, doing it like this sound really off beat to me. Prefer clap on begin and end instead. Also consider normal sampleset like what I mention in Easy.

I notice a lot of sliders looking off due to the beatmap using grid level 3. Try to place the 2nd grid point at the center, e.g. http://puu.sh/2Qa8c.jpg perfectly centered grid point. Even with the new slider system, especially for this diff, it's still important to do this. Rhythm is much better, but placement can be polish. Also, I won't mention where too put finish anymore, please put them when you hear cymbals in music.

I don't understand some of the hitsound logic, whistle in particular. The only place I feel your whistle pattern sound good is at 00:31:728 - 00:43:000. The rest doesn't seem right to me. Try following piano instead for example, and please put finish when you hear cymbals. Also please try to add whistle on parts where you didn't put any whistle like kiai. Sound really empty at those places. Really not fond of those 3.0x jump, I don't mention them in my mod, but you should try to ease them in a bit. Unsure what to say about this diff until timing is fixed and hitsound is improved.

[Insane]

00:31:001 (3) - Don't understand why finish at begin. Should be whistle imo.
00:31:718 - Is the default clap in this section really intentional? Custom clap sounds much better here imo.
00:52:081 (1) - This is really a trap, the spacing makes it looks like 1/2. I recommend stacking at the end of previous slider or place further away.
00:57:899 (1,3) - I expected (1) to be at x:144 y:72 and (3) at x:336 y:72.
01:00:808 (3,4) - Hit circle first, then slider
01:23:354 (2) - I find this jump too big, I think placing at x:256 y:28 for example is better.

I agree with previous modder, this is the best diff in mapset, but please take note of hitsound suggestions in previous diffs, adding finishes and adding whistle at kiai in particular.

Get someone to double check timing as some parts sound off, you can hear it with the hitsounds. Please check through the entire map and add finish when you hear the cymbals. I believe I mention all in Easy, but may have miss some. I'm unsure of the whistle logic in some diffs, but I prefer if you keep to the piano instead and for kiai, perhaps every 1st and 3rd white tick. Easy need some tweaking with rhythm. As for other diffs, I believe they simply need polishing.

Sorry to say, I still think this need some work, but Insane is quite well done, good job there. Sorry if some stuff I mention is confusing or if I mention some weird stuff. , I haven't mod in a while and puush is being annoying to me as well

That's it. For 01:24:699 - case, its just the finish sound landed on red tick, so no need adittional red timing.
And it will be good if you can end all of your last spinner in each diff at 01:27:928 - with 5% volume.

It's a very clean map. Only minor things to say.

00:10:631 (3) - Wrap more evenly around 4? That gap just looks ugly to me. Just in case you don't know the terminology, wrapping an object around another object is referred to as blanketing. I will refer to it as such.
00:34:655 (1,2) - Blanket around this should be more even. I fixed this by having the second point (of slider 2) at x 33 y 134, the last point is at x 58 y 193. I turned grid snap off to fix. Make sure to fix the spacing with 3 afterwards.
00:47:382 (4,5) - Blanket here?
00:52:110 (3) - Any particular reason why you didn't add a finish here? I think I know this answer. you're only using them every so many measures. This sound stood out from the other sounds in terms of tone though. Maybe consider having a finish here because of that.
01:00:473 (3) - I suggest having this look similar to 1.

01:05:928 (2) - Starts a bit too close to the body of 1 for my tastes. It would help if 01:05:201 (1) - and 01:07:382 (3) - were in the exact same position. 01:05:201 (1) - is at x 266 y 242 and 01:07:382 (3) - is at x 267 y 244. The easiest way to fix this is to move 1. This will make the gap a little better.

00:27:383 (2,3,4,5) - These curves look sloppy to me. I think reducing the arc makes a nicer pattern in general. Here's an example. You don't really have to change it if you don't want to. The arc just seems out of place to me.

00:59:383 (1) - Move lower and more under previous slider for a better alignment. I'm pretty sure you could fix the alignment without screwing with your patterns.

01:10:292 (4,1,2,3,4,1) - Normally I would prefer patterns like these to be more consistent (similar slider shapes, spacings etc) But I rather like how 01:13:201 (4,1,2,3) - is executed. It makes up for the lack of consistency.

Some parts of this difficulty felt randomly placed. It would be nice if this difficulty had elements that all fit together coherently and were based upon a common structure. There were parts that were just mapped very differently than other parts, sometimes unnecessarily so.

Kiai lacked finishes. the easier difficulties had more finishes than this difficulty has.

I will need to be a better mood to more accurately mod this. There's a lot of senseless speed changes and some parts were so slow it was affecting my ability to play. The slowest parts of the Insane should not be the hardest parts.

00:20:110 (2) - Move last point to x 112 y 199. I think it looks better entering the note curve that way IMO.
00:29:564 (5) - The misalignment here is bad. You should fix this.

Conclusion

I don't want to star this with the GD is such a poor shape. I would be willing to recheck, but perhaps after a mod or two.
