Hey there, as promised, my mod after some complications ;3

[General]
There are 5 .osb files. Since you don't use a Storyboard, you must delete all and full submit
Maximum bitrate for a .mp3 is 192kb, yours is 224kb, make sure you get it down to 192 (you need to check offset again after you did so)
Unused file "Spinner.png", delete and full submit
Audio Lead-in must be the same in all diffs (currently, they all got different lead-ins D:)
Preview time must be the same in all diffs
Countdown-offset should be the same in all diffs
No previewpoint in Normal and Insane, set one and make sure it's the same as in Hard
Remove "TV size" from the Tags, as it already is in the title
Add Detective to tags? (so you get map as result for search for detective conan?)
All diffs use Custom Hitsounds, but there are no Custom Hitsounds in the songfolder. Either add some or change all timingsections to "default" (I would recommend you to add two blank .wav files, which you can find here and name them "Soft-Sliderslide.wav" and "Normal-Sliderslide.wav", you should use custom hitsounds then. This will make all sliders silent, which sounds better IMO)

How? I don't really understand You can for example use audacity to crop the bitrate, therefore, just download Audacity here, open the .mp3 and save it as a .mp3 again. this will reduce the bitrate to 128, which is the minimum bitrate for a rankable .mp3 file. The offset might change if you do so, but since you have to, check it again afterwards~

Kiai time is too long. The total length of this song is 1:41, nearly half of it is in Kiai time. And you know we are always suggesting no more than one Kiai time in one minute. Try to reserve only the latter Kiai time.

About the mapping style, perhaps it's due to my own custom, I just felt a little strange.
For example, 00:15:380 (2,1) in HARD. NC is ok, but I thought 2 and 1 is at the same period, cause they are close and the following notes has farther distance than there between 2 and 1. Maybe arranging the notes more closely to rythm and bars in the song would be better.
This is just personal feeling, ignore my words if it is your own sense.

00:10:550 (5) - Comme fait pour l'Insane, ajoute un nouveau combo ici et au cercle (9). Il es inutile pour un pattern de ce genre d'avoir un combo de (9) cercles.

Spinner background doesn't seem to fit, since it's supposed to be a desktop wallpaper and not a spinner background. Maybe try something like this:
- Find a background where the characters are mainly in the middle of the screen,
- Make the opacity 50% or something and overlay with white,
- Clearly mark the center with a black circle or something
Yeah, just a suggestion. But really do something with it.

I will delete custom spinner soon, it tooks me problem, for the background, i don't know, imo it fits good with the music imo (and because i don't find something better! x)).

01:28:667 (1) - This also feels weird. Perhaps make it a 1-beat slider with 2 repeats? Ugly to see and to play with 2 reverse
