personally i feel that having the MAT was a better idea, but i'm willing to see how this works out. though i'm still unsure if this is really a good idea or not.

those of you with aspirations to join the BAT will still be considered - we'll be opening up applications to join similarly to how the MAT was handled the last few times as well, so don't be discouraged! if anything this is an opportunity for you to prove yourself amongst your peers!

Aww. I would love to work as MAT though, being a BAT sounds way harder :< But anyway, Farewell MATs, welcome BATs!
