.osk should not be inside a zip file, .zip should be of the skin folder without subfolders (as per osk format)

Just to make sure then. Have I got this right?

Try it and see, I'd be very worried if you could actually upload anything that would break something :P
Hmm doing it this way doesn't seem to work (stuck at menu) so I'm still quite confused as to how you use your own skin for the replay.
I'll still keep trying to find out myself though but I'd like some detailed help if possible.

*facepalm* Sorry I just haven't been paying attention to the Live Status Display.
It says the skin is installed fine:

but in the end I get this:

I'm definitely sure that there are no problems with my replay since they are open fine on my end but yeah I tried again a few more times and still got that so do you have any idea what the problem may be because I can't seem to find one.

Can you add an option to use custom taiko skin? I uploaded my Kyubey skin but the replay doesn't use it.

Try uploading the skin as a zip file with no subfolders.

And of course make sure you aren't uploading a .osk inside a .zip, zip the files inside the skin folder.

I think if you enabled the option "Always use taiko skin", it will always use your taiko skin, not mine.
Also the video title is a little strange on youtube: [osu!] Kagamine Rin & Len - Jutenija (darkmiz)

Ok I've disabled that option now, and possibly fixed the video title glitch for future

Brought this back online, seems there wasn't the ram constraint I thought there was. I've decreased the load average limit however
[Luxord]
The load limit seems to not drop below 3.0 ._. always 4.2+ ;w;

Yeah you're unlikely to see it drop below during day hours UTC

I need more cpu and ram headroom for an important project, hence the stricter limit

I think it borked or something :|.
I tried uploading a video, it got to the last part where it was uploading then it error'd out.
Then, I tried to upload it again and nope, some more juicy errors and it thinks my replays have problems which are untrue D:.

The most common cause for erroring right at the very end is that you haven't registered on youtube (and are just using a plain google account)

Alternatively you might have been blocked from uploading due to copyright infractions or something similar

You can't use it until the load goes below 4.0.

Tried uploading a replay of this map a good 2-3 times now. It doesn't go beyond the main menu. My map's version is the most recent, in fact I redownloaded it just to make sure of this - the replay plays just fine on my end.

It's just default skin.
Run osu! and choose default skin, which is provided with osu!, and enjoy it!.

I don't think that's normal... also I saw at first a thing like osu! don't have the beatmaps that replay was made for...
I just played the map mins ago so my replay is with the most recent version, too.
PS : The black thing is on the picture, idk if it will be in the vid, I'll say you when uploaded.

EDIT : Yeay stuck to main menu screen, also the black thing is not here.

EDIT : Retry -> Failed....

Also why check is passed when osu! is stuck in main menu screen ? :(

Yeah that means the map I have is out of date, need to devise a way of auto updating my back catalogue sometime

Black square is due to osume.exe crashing and the crash window covering the game, and the way i'm taking screenshots not supporting capturing hidden areas

Fail check is failing because of the black square
Arnold0
Did you updated the map?
Also I retryed and it failed even before recording.

And it also make the LOAD realy higher, related?
