00:21:700 remove whistle form the head and it on the repeat for be consistence with your hitsounds.

why all diffs have a special NC in some parts..I don't think it's necessary,or you have some meaning on it?

ALLRIGHT LET'S DO THIS.

NOTE: Every time I say clap, I mean whistle, mostly becuase every time there's a map with a snaresample, they always use claps, so I'm just used to it. Denwa.

Overall:
Getting tom drum hitsounds for the slower parts would be cool.
04:10:600 (1) - Feels really random and the map just ends like what there's a few seconds left you can do it.

Storyboard:
01:17:800 - Add a white flash to this so it doesn't just pop up randomly. Same for 2nd chrous

Insane:
I wish this diff had a better understanding of when to go ahead and map heavily and when to hold back and not overmap.

00:25:450 (2,3,4) - I want to do something with this that avoids notes going back on themselves but I'm not sure what. If you're ok with having a jump, move (5) to the end of the previous slider
00:28:900 (1) - Having all of these claps at this volume sounds so bad like omg. It's the hitsample's fault, it's not designed for rolls. You can decrease the volume to like, 55-65%, or you can find a softer snaresample for those notes. It just sounds really out of place the way it is atm.
00:40:375 (6) - Remove this, this is a softer section of the music and should avoid overmapping as much as possible.
01:35:800 (1) - Oh sweet jesus no. There's no signification that there's a speed change, and it'll confuse people so much for the wrong reasons.
01:45:400 (1,2,3,4,5) - Huge overmap
01:55:600 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^. Save it for the chrous
02:38:200 (1) - Maybe make this to a more creative slider. Especially with the speed-up, it's kind of a boring slider to put.

03:18:025 - What are you doing finish this guitar solo it's really cool and you can map it really hard and it'll be fine.

There are two files absolutely equals: "Omoide Kakera BG.jpg" and "pulse.jpg". You could save 420KB space by using the same for BG and pulse events.

i cant believe the starrating is below 3,00 stars xD
01:13:000 (1) - third waypoint should be at 448;128

01:55:600 (1) - i think this goes out of the screen
03:32:725 - this pause is so "dafuq?". what about a spinner or at least set a break there
03:37:000 (6) - i think a normal whistle would fit perfect. add section with ~10% volume, use sampleset: soft on the head and end, use addition: normal+whistle.

use AR 8! its 200bpm, AR 7 doesnt fit imo
also compared to the normal and easy here is a little "jump" in the sv. and high sv + low AR never fit
ofc its a bit harder and there is a little gap in the diffspread then but it would make the hard-diff so much more awesome <3

The only issues I have with this map are the combo colours.
Combo1 and Combo2 look like they are almost the sames. That, that doesn't really look nice. On top of that, they both blends in the background which make them less readable.
About Combo3 and 4, you should also consider not using flashy colours, that green-blue hurts my eyes and white is usually a bad idea when the background is already pretty bright.
You should think about changing them.

Combo Color 1: Weakened so it looks less like Combo Color 2.
Combo Color 3: Weakened to make it look less flashy.
Combo Color 4: Weakened to make it look less flashy.
Combo Color 5: Made the white some tones more grey.
