EDIT: @theo: This is a project, I have asked my favourite mappers to make an insane diff and, since there are easy, normal and hard diffs as well, the mapset is perfectly ok now. (:

As people are mentioning above, we can just try to find the best fitting tick for this. I don't believe that the song was intentionally recorded at 1/3 at that place, but that should work anyway.
Also @Skystar and others:
Do not place this 1/3 note (00:50:596) as a single circle. We never had a 1/3 before so it's not really readable (expect thousands of 100s). Place a slider end at that point.
If Charles is convinced that the mapset can't be ranked because "too overmapped" I'll let map go in graveyard.
I want to keep it as it is now.
For the 1/3 bit, the reason it works on red is because there are two sounds happening at that moment: The fade in of the trumpet and the background drum. The reason it sounds 1/3 is because the trumpet takes a while to fade into full volume. It still is starting on the red tick.
Since the overmapping thing is going nowhere and instances are very few, gonna go ahead and say screw it let's go.
Still have to fix the unrankable issues that didn't get fixed for some reason.

That should be it. Also the reason I brought up overmapping was because many maps got unranked lately so it's worth watching out for.
There are two sounds going on at that moment, the trumpet and the percussion in the background.
The percussion is what most of the other diffs are mapped to, which is fine because it's consisten with a beat.
The trumpet is harder to map to because the person playing the instrument took too long to play the note.
Judging by how you said you are uncomfortable mapping there, it looks like you want to map to the emphasis of the trumpet.
I slowed down the song to catch where the trumpet peaks its emphasis, and it was 00:50:633. The closest snapping beat to that is 1/8, where it is 00:50:634.
I think if you put it on 00:50:634, you'll see it sounds closer to what you were looking for, although playing 1/8 isn't very intuitive for a player.
EDIT: Talked about it some more, so what happens is there is slight percussion in the music at the red tick 00:50:596, the trumpet's lowest noise starts at 00:50:633, and the trumpet's higher noise starts at 00:50:662. Technically those three spots would be mappable, I don't think it's mappable at 646 as 646 is in between the two noises. The lower noise can be achieved on 1/8 (where it is 00:50:634) and the higher noise would have to have a new timing section (which would mess with other diffs)

Not asking you to change anything but as we talked I just find to many things that make me uncomfortable I feel nold and nemis's are overmapped to points that some patterns stop making musical sense to me, and the only thing I will point out is in the skystar diff. 00:25:310 (1,1,1,1,1) - if you think you need NC's for these to be readable you shouldn't use them in the 1st place. the 1st few diffs are really nice and you got the timing all fixed up so congrats to that this is a decent map set I just feel maybe you have to many diffs and the amount of effort spent trying to make them all unique is what is making it less than great >/2cents

This is the best timing I found, it's very similar to the one above, the difference is that the first offset should be slightly earlier.

Changed my mind about happy30's stuff. It's totally fine, that case is a bit special so the upbeat was needed. Fixing that would only make the map worse.

Alright so we all know that this map is very, very heavily mapped.
A lot of people are going to disagree with the amount of beats on the song, and a lot of those people will call it overmapped.
I think a good way to strike a balance between those who are okay with it and who aren't would be to follow a simple idea -> circles and slider starts match an instrument in the music.
That way the player isn't physically clicking on a beat that isn't there, but the sliders still get to be fun.
Running through the map with this in mind I'm going to point out some things. I am not 100% sure on this, but it's worth discussion. I have to pop anyway over wrongly snapped stuff.
[RLC's style]
00:23:261 (3,4,5) - This appears to be mapping to the scooting noise, but the beginning of the scooting is not actually snapped 1/4. It's a neat idea but it's flat out wrong, going to have to pop over this. The later half of the scooting is 1/4, though.

Shit, that's my very big fault. Nold's and Nemis' diffs had same issue before, and I suggested to change it to 1/3. And for some reason I didn't notice that same rhythm was in RLC's one. With this much of diffs it's pretty easy to get lostCharles445 wrote:

The sound is somewhere between red and blue tick, maybe at 1/6, but I personally thought that blue tick would work better. That's most likely song arrangement issue since I can't find a proper snapping point for this.

Listening the music with 25% playback rate you can hear that those circles sound much better on the blue ticks. It's done on purpose.
As regards stuff you mentioned in my diff: no, I won't remove those circles.
The reason is that I want to keep an 1/2 rhythm. Adding circles on red lines doesn't mean that the map is overmapped, just no. I added those circles to don't create useless breaks during the gameplay. I don't want to break the rhythm/map's flow with removing those circles, sorry.

Logically, as far as the song's composition is concerned, a red tick makes more sense.

I don't think that it's a timing issue if both next and previous notes are on-spot. Adding an uninherited timing point just for one note isn't the solution.Charles445 wrote:

For the 1/3 bit, the reason it works on red is because there are two sounds happening at that moment: The fade in of the trumpet and the background drum. The reason it sounds 1/3 is because the trumpet takes a while to fade into full volume. It still is starting on the red tick.
Since the overmapping thing is going nowhere and instances are very few, gonna go ahead and say screw it let's go.
Still have to fix the unrankable issues that didn't get fixed for some reason.

There are two sounds going on at that moment, the trumpet and the percussion in the background.
The percussion is what most of the other diffs are mapped to, which is fine because it's consisten with a beat.
The trumpet is harder to map to because the person playing the instrument took too long to play the note.
Judging by how you said you are uncomfortable mapping there, it looks like you want to map to the emphasis of the trumpet.
I slowed down the song to catch where the trumpet peaks its emphasis, and it was 00:50:633. The closest snapping beat to that is 1/8, where it is 00:50:634.
I think if you put it on 00:50:634, you'll see it sounds closer to what you were looking for, although playing 1/8 isn't very intuitive for a player.
EDIT: Talked about it some more, so what happens is there is slight percussion in the music at the red tick 00:50:596, the trumpet's lowest noise starts at 00:50:633, and the trumpet's higher noise starts at 00:50:662. Technically those three spots would be mappable, I don't think it's mappable at 646 as 646 is in between the two noises. The lower noise can be achieved on 1/8 (where it is 00:50:634) and the higher noise would have to have a new timing section (which would mess with other diffs)

Really nice map you've got here, all the diffs seem well done and really funny to play for me, I would have changed some things, but they were some really minor things, so I think this is ready to go now. I also understand Nold's and Skystar's logic on putting these notes at 00:50:634, and it seemspretty much reasonable to me.
