Loctav did not go through the MAT/BAT process. He got Admin instantly a bit after #taiko was created and was able to rank maps.

Baseless complaints are baseless. If you can't back your argument up with evidence or at least a clearly thought out report, then your complaint is not worth an admin's time.

Evidence has been acquired. Loctav did not in fact pass any MAT/BAT approval process. He's having a 2 week "test" period after which it will be decided if he can stay in the BAT or be moved back to GMT. I personally still think it's unfair towards people who try to get in the team and mod hard while others can get in just like that. He's not even remotely good at modding..
