BATs keep their power.Mr Color wrote:

I still have a question though, not sure if I got that right: do BATs still have their op powers ingame or not?
Cause if they don't, there's gonna be a need for new chat ops in some channels.

it dependsArnold0 wrote:
I've a question, I saw sometimes some staffs are admin after being BAT. These "old BAT" staffs members loose the right to buble/rank maps?
BAT remain exactly as they did before the restructuring - they retain their mod privileges as well as being able to rank maps.Mr Color wrote:

if the BAT management options aren't available to them, then yeah, GMT's can't bubble/rank now. guess they solely focus on forum moderation. 1 or 2 might be able to depending on any extra powers they get. but for now, just assume that they can't.Arnold0 wrote:

You mean the ingame !faq (which will now have to be updated!) ?Shiro wrote:
There should be a FAQ linking to this thread to clarify the roles of the different staff positions. Good thing.
I think the random forum newbies went on the homepage and saw a random bulletin'd post, and decided to take the oppurtunity to talk about the UI and default skin changes.Frostmourne wrote:

BAT fits him better than Admin imo, from what I've seen his mods are quite impressive and well conceivedNatteke wrote:
damn, I thought that maybe finally loctav won't get anywhere near the beatmap forum but he's now bat. Are you serious?
No, not only you.BrokenArrow wrote:

Wow, I thought otherwise. This is even worse. He shouldn't be allowed to be in bat at all.Mr Color wrote:
Without taking part in the discussion or flaming or whatever, I would just like to bring a fact to the table.
Loctav did not go through the MAT/BAT process. He got Admin instantly a bit after #taiko was created and was able to rank maps.

Instead of us doing the evidence compilation work, shouldn't it be you (administrators) the one compiling all of our complaints and have them all nice and organized?Ephemeral wrote:
feel free to send any substantiated concerns and complaints about any members of the team to me, and i'll see what i can do. by substantiated i mean your complaint should be compiled with a considerable amount of evidence. if it isn't, don't bother.
we can't see everything other moderators write/do and what results our actions might cause. Many of us work with normal users, so you'll have to report to us if you have any concern.ErufenRito wrote:

I'm sorry, but your comment sounds a bit like if were have a problem with a staff, then it's our duty to find if anyone else have the same complaints, and it's our work to have them given to you all nice and tidied up and have them presented to you, when in my opinion, it should be you the one keeping tabs of all the complaints that we have.
