Add a "User is typing.." box when a user is typing [duplicate]

When I just typed something, and after that i am typing a long sentence, the other one answers already. And I think this is very annoying. So I suggest that there comes a ''user is typing...'' box in the corner, like this:

Hmm... This feature appears in many IM client, but won't it add extra loads to server? Since the server now has to poll more frequently?

Personally I'm not a fan for this feature though. I hate it when I see the "User is typing.." thing and it took the other person over 1min to send over a single line.

EDIT: Gees deadbeat you ninja'ed while I was typing this =.=
