Refer to the video. It's either that or adding either name in () together in the artist field, which is, imo, preeeetty long (I dont remember which one is in the () atm, as I looked it up a few days ago)Chewin wrote:

00:00:420 (1,2,3,4,5) - I would like to have this be more symmetrical (slider 5 is just there as is though), how about something like this? - Mmm, I kinda prefer what I have already. Fixed the overlap between 3 and 5 though.364,248,420,6,2,P|393:176|364:104,1,160,2|6,0:0|0:0,0:0:0

00:54:036 (1,2) - I really don't like this overlap here with the slider, how about something like this? - These are intentional and idk, I like them so xP
01:02:206 (1,2) - ^
[Normal]
00:09:355 (1) - New combo here? - Following the same new combo pattern all the time.
01:17:781 (2,3) - These two seems bit close, I rather they not overlap or at least having contact with each other like this. - Fixed
01:26:461 (5) - How about putting this stacking on top of circle 3? - I'd rather have it just flow to the right instead of changing 180 degrees xP
[Hard]I don't know but it seems hard for hard but maybe it's just me.- Ahaha, maybe, but 235bpm is generally just hard so~
01:17:781 (4) - how about this being flipped (only the shape) vertically so that it would have a shape like this? - Intentional pattern.
[Insane]
Ugghh I don't think I can find things here~ Great, just awesome.
That's about it. Sorry if I wasn't any help and here's a star for awesome map! - Ouh, thanks for star

01:10:121 (2,3) - maybe switch the positions of these two notes? That way you go around the whole honeycomb 7-cluster before any outside notes and it feels cooler IMO - Kinda breaks the flow a bit though. I like how it currently is just a circular clockwise motion all the time, instead of suddenly changing direction.
01:14:844 (2) - This note seems out of place; all the other times you did this pattern in the map were justified because there wasn't very much distance and it kept good flow, but this is a big random jump to a note that barely has its own beat. - Hah good point done.
dangit I thought I was gonna find more stuff, I'm not very good at this modding thing

[General]
Artist could be real singer, not character who sings it in anime, so real artist is: 田村 ゆかり, 金井 美香, 堀江 由衣 (Romanised: Tamura Yukari, Kanai Mika, Horie Yui). Add current "artist" to tags. - Yeah, but the .mp3 I'm using is cut directly from the opening, and since the opening video itself is crediting Rika, Satoko and Hanyuu, I think it's better to keep it like that really.
Maybe add "hiroyuki maezawa" to tags since it's its composer and arranger. - Done.
[Easy]
00:06:036 (2) - Move this slider on 316;304 for better blanket with 00:05:015 (1) and distance consistency between these two sliders. - 'kay~
00:18:036 (2) - Move on 61;67 to follow better 00:17:270 (1) - 's way as you've done with 00:19:823 (4) - Moved to 40;64 instead, as it follows the curve better imo, as well as making a straight line between (2,3)
00:23:908 (5) - Look on the visual distance between 00:22:632 (3,4) and then between 00:23:142 (4,5) - this looks to be nearer so move (5) a bit down, it can force newbies to click (5) earlier. - Sure fixed.
00:32:334 (6) - This slider is on the right of 00:31:312 (5) so it breaks its flow a bit, I'd rotate it like about 20° and move it more on top of 00:31:312 (5) to still follow it. If no change, distance between 00:32:334 (6,1) are inconsistent though. - Moved a bit closer to (1), should be right distance now. About the flow, I think it's fine, as you're having one of those "drop-off" flows or whatever it was charles named them xD
00:35:653 (5) - Rotate about -5°, then move on 128;319 to don't touch and perfect blanket with 00:33:610 (1) - Done
00:40:759 (4) - Move on 384;33 to make better triangle pattern with 00:41:781 (1,2) - I never intended to make a triangle, but sure!
00:54:036 (1) - Move this on left a bit to avoid a bit overlap with 00:53:270 (2) - Done.
00:55:057 (2) - This slider could follow previous slider's shape. It can confuse player and simply - it looks ugly. Consider pattern like this: http://puu.sh/1PO29
01:03:227 (2) - ^ - They are the same shape, and they're not any more confusing than the sliders directly after. Also, I disagree with them being ugly.
01:06:291 (1) - Move on 119;152 to be on the same line as 01:07:312 (3) and also make this pattern perfect. Also make then distance between 01:05:015 (4) consistent if you changed this. - Actually, the pattern is perfect already. (3) is a tad higher than (1) and (5), but it's still completely symmetrical, so no change.
01:22:632 (1) - Move this a bit down to avoid overlap with 01:24:674 (3) - Done.
[Normal]
00:07:568 (2) - You could move this on 108;228 to make the same visual distance between sliders as 00:05:525 (5,6,1), it's nosense to change visual distance even if it's just visual. Then don't forget to resnap also 00:08:078 (1) - Huh, this won't make it less unreadable or anything, and I don't think it's "nosense", so I'm keeping it.
00:15:227 (1) - Move on 282;55 to make triangle pattern and also avoid overlap with 00:13:695 (5) - Done
00:28:504 (1,2) - Avoid overlap - Done.
00:44:844 (6,2) - I know this would be hard, but try to avoid this overlap. - Fixed :p
00:47:908 (4) - Move a bit up to avoid overlap. - This should be fine. (1) has already faded considerably when this one appears.
01:06:802 (2,1) - Avoid overlap. - Done.
[Hard]
00:09:994 (4) - Move on 318;292 could make better blanket. - Kay.
00:15:994 (3,4,5) - Hey, look on this one: 00:08:079 (3,4,1). Increase distance between them to make it consistent. - ^
00:57:100 (5,6,7) - I'd follow vocal here it sounds a bit randomly and can confuse player. Consider removing 00:57:611 (7) and moving 00:57:228 (6) on 00:57:355 - Actually, imo this makes the map feel a little more than just "standard" as it forces the player to click his own rhythm of sorts. Also, the rhythm fits, and it's not very confusing, especially consider this is a hard diff, so no change.
01:05:271 (5,6) - I feel this rhythm also randomly so consider add repeat on 01:05:271 (5) and move 01:05:654 (6) on 01:05:781, of course remove 01:06:037 (7) then. - If you listen to the... crap I have no idea what sound that is, but it's the same sound that plays in the beginning and end xD Anyhow, you'll notice that this is perfectly timed to them.
01:17:781 (4) - Consider CTRL+J, then moving on 43;283. It feels weird when there are 2 exactly the same rotations in a row. - Not really, as it's more like a ladder of sorts instead of a circle.
[Insane]
OD -1 - it's not The Big Black. If followed this, make OD -1 also on Hard. - Actually, considering that there are no streams at all, 235bpm isn't more than 117.5bpm, so OD8 is fine here imo. And OD7 is very easy anyway, as the map isn't very hard to be accurate on![]()
00:09:610 (2,3) - Probably it's only my personal feel, but I think (3)'s slider body couldn't be completely covered with (2) so consider moving (3) on 78;93 also you'll be consistent with 00:28:759 (2,3) - Mm, I'd say the way it is currently looks neater, so I'll keep it as it is~
00:37:695 (1) - Slider's ending point could be visible so move it down or something. - It's fine as the whole endpoint is covered, so there is no doubt the end is where it is. If there was a repeat on it, I would understand, but currently there is no information that isn't arriving to the player, so It's fine imo.

You need not apologize, mods are suggestions. quietCXu wrote:
@ThoomyyxD: Your mod is pretty long, and I disagree with most of it, so it's easier to just reply like this instead of quoting and commenting each mod.
Most of your suggestions are about reducing the difficulty of the mapset. While I'm totally open for suggestions if you believe it's too hard in some way, but deleting notes randomly in my map breaks a lot of flow and rhythm. They also require lots of remap, and most of the suggestions might not even make the map easier, as flow and rhythm are broken. So yeah, thanks for modding, but I'll have to pass on most of your mod, sorry.

NC here will follow the vocal nicely too
Normal
00:24:419 (1,2,3,4,5) - move this whole part up to x:208 y:160 , I guess this will make it look similar to distances on most of parts you have done so far (1.2x)
(can't move 00:24:419 (1) - to x:208 y:152 because it will be an overlapping caused by auto stack leniency in play mode)
but you can ignore it if you intended to make a gap on this point in the first place - Fixed. Also bended the slider to fit better to the pattern.

don't want to make it easier but HP-1 would be better since OD8 with HP8 on this bpm might be a bit too hard for major players in osu! imo - I think it's fine for now. There are many 1/2 notes, so as long as you can play the map properly, you should be able to recover even if you mess up a bit.
00:17:015 (7) - try moving this to x:80 y:228 ? It plays better imo because distance between 00:16:759 (6) - and 00:17:270 (1) - quite too short - I like how the stack feels like currently though, so I'm keeping this for now~
01:02:206 (3) - finish at the head here to emphasize the emotion of this part !

- Are you sure that you should use that as Artist?
- Mm, well, that's what the video says anyway.
- It might just be me, but those slider-ticks are kinda noisy to a certain degree~. Soft ones would be nicer imo - Naaaah should be fine xD.
- What's the point of the extra red timing section? You know that you can use objects before the red line, right? - What, you can? I remember having to either add a negative red line or add a two red lines. Well I'll remove it if people tell me I can whenever they bubble/rank :p
00:32:334 (1,2) - swap dat NC It feels kinda more natural this was because of the sudden sliders imo. And the new stanza starts at 00:32:589 - so it's kinda 50/50 where it should start - Should be where it is, because of the SV change. And it's also following that... God I can't name instruments, but that thing I'm adding whistles to xD.
00:37:185 (3,1) - this part felt like it was 1/2 for some reason. Add a note on 00:37:568 - to fill the gap? You can also avoid this by flipping the sliders horizontally - Huh, idk, I can't seem to find 1/2 sounding right here.
01:09:993 (1,2,3) - It works like this as well if you wanna have more symmetry, don't you think? - Well yeah it does, but just thought this was more interesting.
[Hard]
I personally think this goes much better with AR 8. Much easier to read the flow (unless your name is MillhioreF) - Hahaha. Well, should be all right. Imo, the amount of notes appearing feels right for me in this difficulty :p
00:17:271 (1,2,3) - This part is very confusing imo. - Huh really? I'll change it around if more people thing so, but it feels totally fine for me xD
00:57:100 (5,6,7,8) - A tricky part. Don't you think? The stacks makes it harder to understand/read that part - Yeah, but hey, it's cool \o\

00:17:015 (5,1,2) - I don't really like this kind of sudden distance change between these objects. Closer objects are harder to adjust to imo - Hmm, I don't think this will be too much of a problem, really, since the slider velocity changes as well, so yeah, no change.
00:19:057 (1,2,3,1,1) - dafuq, Is this some kind of new stuff? It's really weird xD - Dafuq happened here.

Ok so that mod you asked me about a couple days back... I feel like telling you that I look a lot more at map design rather than spacing/hitsound issues, so these are all suggestions. o:
[Easy]
Now I'm not the best candidate to talk about Easy diffs and their difficulty in general, but generally this seems like a pretty tough map for someone trying to get a grip on osu!, for a specific reason - I think the pressure on the player is somewhat higher than it should be. This can be alleviated by deleting some notes(probably more circles in this case) for the sake of decreasing the difficulty in general. (this is based on experience from playing Hard diffs, so it is quite possibly baseless. Don't mind it if you don't agree.)
AR -1? looks a bit fast atm(I noticed later that upping it was a suggestion from an earlier mod...) - Thought about it a bit before increasing it, and for a 235bpm map, a higher AR should be easier than a lower one, as the screen is less clustered.
00:00:420 (1,2,3) - can this be made horizontally AND vertically symmetrical? it looks nicer to me(although if you want to keep (2) stacked onto the end of (4) you get a 0,85x spacing for (3, 4).) - I'd rather keep this as it is, since breaking spacing in easy makes derpness![]()
00:17:270 (1,2) - extend slider and remove 2? - Idk, I just like the feel of this. It's like you're hitting all the 4 beats here, allthough you're only hitting two of them. THat's how I see it atleast.
00:45:354 (4) - would removing this ruin the flow? - Well, not so much flow, but it would kill the symmetry, aand the (3,1) stack would be hard to read.
00:56:844 (2) - remove this and add circle to 00:56:844 and 00:57:866 (with NC) - Not sure why; the slider is fine in my eyes, and it brings the players cursor in the direction of the next note.
01:26:206 (4) - this seems sort of pointless, either remove it or put circle at 01:25:951 - It's not following vocals, really, and removing it would feel way more awkward.
[Normal]
00:17:015 (5) - sounds better if you remove this, although the pattern here is prettier with it D: - Well, it fit's the pattern I'm using in Hard and Insane, and it doesn't really change a lot if I remove it or not, imo, so it's staying.
00:36:164 (6,7) - these stacked beats feel a bit out of place after those sliders, maybe unstack them so you get a continued flow/replace them with a slider?
00:39:738 (5,6) - ^ - Idk, they feel perfectly fine to me.
00:42:291 (1,2,3) - put these higher up, maybe like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/587807 so that they don't look so contracted? Unless you want that (2) to be stacked on (5) - Yeah sure why not![]()
01:10:887 (3) - bend this outwards so it doesn't look out of place? - 'kay

00:47:653 (2) - put this on y:0 so it isn't covered in hitbursts after the sliders. - It's only a note, so should be fine.
00:57:610 (7) - this is hard to read, stack it on the slider or move it one 1/2 forward so it stays consistent - This is probably what I find the most fun part of my own diff, so I'd like to keep it :p
Seriously fun with DT, though, this is a very good Hard diff
[Insane]
01:10:121 (2,3) - reverse these so you get a proper hexagon? - Would break circular flow then.
Good map, now get it ranked
I honestly have absolutely no idea. Re-snapped them, thanks xDminyeob wrote:
I want to ask you about some time-lines o.o
[Easy]
00:17:271 Note is on 00:17:270
00:25:441 Note is on 00:25:440
[Normal]
00:17:271 Note is on 00:17:270
Please let me know why you made timeline like this.
You wanted to make sound down after the note starts? or something......
Map is fine lol
Thanks for modding!CDFA wrote:
General:
Put the actual singers names in the title instead of the character names. - Check video.
For the notes before the second red section, maybe start them softer, since there's no drums or anything. Especially in Easy and Normal where the parts are very uninspiring. It sounds too loud atm. - Sure
01:26:717 (1) - Make this fade out or add a soft (regular) whistle at the end - But it sounds fine for me atm ;w;
Insane:
00:03:993 (1) - Add clap on beginning of slider (I know it doesn't go with the music, but it can help create a bit of a build up.) - Sounds weird. The whistles add the necessary buildup already imo.
00:08:078 (1) - ^
00:28:887 (3) - Make this a curved slider that hugs (2) rather than overlapping? - Idk, I like them overlaps.
01:02:717 (5) - If this is intentionally like this then don't make it intentionally like this. If you're trying to avoid stack leniancy stuff, then this still makes them different. - wat, but they're ok? ;w;
01:03:738 (4) - ^
Hurd:
00:12:675 (1) - Stack this with (3)? - Would make it impossibru to see the 2nd repeat (I think).
Normal:
01:22:121 (3) - Flip this horizontally? - Hurrkooloverlap.
Easy:
00:32:334 (6) - Move this up to above the end of (5) to make it a more comfortable flow for easier players - I don't really think this slight flow-change is going to affect much.
01:03:227 (2) - Similar concept as above. It also avoids the slights overlap. - Follows them sliders at 00:54:036 (1)
01:05:015 (2) - I'm always a fan of a good overlap but here it looks silly D: - Idk is this better?
