Tough song to get the bpm perfect on.

I did some tests:
Offset seems good. (maybe try 21813)

93.148 (21815) -> Tiny bit early at the middle
93.149 (21815) -> Almost perfect.
93.150 (21815) -> Almost perfect as well, tiny bit fast at the end, but sounds perfect in the middle
93.151 (21815) -> Note near middle was slightly off

I think your BPM is correct at 1.149 (1.14925?)

I'd say go with what you have. Great Muse song. Contact me if you ever want a GD. I'm looking to do some one day, as unknown as I am :P

03:42:621 (2) - This note keeps bugging me because it plays earlier than where the note is, which might of caused the BPM confusion for you. Might I suggest making this into a slider or something?

Accidentally gave you KDs :3, can get a XAT to deny it at some point.

I think that 03:42:621 (2) - plays okay even though it might sound a tiny bit off. That jump section follows the beat in straight 1/8 rhythm, so having it like that I think is fine since the rest of the notes around it correspond pretty much perfectly with the music.

Omg the blankets r so strong.

Thanks for modding.^^ I fixed those things and some others. I kept the circle size for now though, idk.

Also Tick Rate 2 is better here imo.

00:59:161 (3,4) - What 'bout turning those two into a 1/2 reverse arrow? It would keep a good constant thingy with 00:56:584 (6) and etc, plus I think it fits good.
01:07:534 (4) - About this note, what about placing it at 156|164 ? I think it would have a better flow , like, your actual gives to 01:04:958 (2) a location almost lined up to 01:03:025 (1) , and 01:07:534 (4) is compltely beside 01:05:602 (3) . Also, If you follow this idea, It'll give you a blanket desu! But if you follow the suggestiona ctually, you'll have to move 1 grid somenotes to follow DS correctly. ( Following mine will give a spacing of 0.83 for the next note. )
01:13:975 (2) - I'm not fan of this 1/2 reverse, it feels a bit out of the rythm, but your choice.

01:02:059 (1,1,1) - As quoted in previous mod, I really don't think this is really somehow useful. It just help the player reffiling his HP bar, and since it's not even a jump, it won't really block the player from knowing when the next note is. Exept if you got a reeeeeeeaaaaalll good reason, I would really make all of these one combo.
01:05:441 (3) - This slider feels awkward with a downbeat inside yknow.... I'd rather replace it by a 1/4 slider with a circle after. Again same stuff at 01:15:747 (2) .
01:53:589 (1,1,1) - Those NC's again ~ but lol who cares yeah
