You need a second taiko difficulty, and you need a difficulty that between Normal and Insane. And you're probably going to need an Easy, although I found your Normal straightforward to play.

00:58:660 (5) - Slider kind of stands out. I'm not sure how much you could do about with how you have the notes setup, but maybe straight down isn't the most ideal placement. Try angling it the same way as 01:00:039 (2) -.
01:02:453 (1) - Repeat is partially obscure by a hitburst from the spinner. I could see the repeat before the hitburst, so it might not be a problem, but it does cover it up after you finish. It doesn't look great being a partial cover.
01:06:246 (5) - Tweak this slider slightly? It doesn't look symmetrical to me.
01:26:936 (1,2) - Spacing closer to 1.0 please. The proximity of 2 is really close to 1. You might want to avoid having 2 curve like that and instead have the curve differently, so that the proximity is further.
01:34:177 (3) - I expected this to only repeat once like other patterns.

So much spacing changes. It was quite confusing. your structure is nice and it was mapped uniquely taking advantage of the beat. Overall it is well mapped.

I suggest not starting this combo on 3's end, but rather start it as a blanket with 3, then choose a nicer design for 01:25:212 (2,3) -. there are lots of options, but if I were to suggest a particular design it would involve shifting the ending position of the longer slider, which would mean shifting the location of the part after it. Suffers from consistency issues more than the other maps I've modded so far. It's not as awkward as some of the things in the Extra, but overall uses a less precise way to map it. It was still a fun difficulty.

But you have to take into account that I'm not quick enough to hit the jumps properly and that's making me hit the slider early, and that is throwing off my aim. So feel free to get a second opinion from someone more capable of playing these types of jumps.
00:45:556 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - Personally I like 1.2 snap. I can hit them easier that way. I'm not sure how well that will look though.

Difficulty needs considerable flow checking and probably remapping. It is trying to emulate a certain style of mapping, but doing it in an unappealing way. Make sure your spacing makes sense and your combos aren't spammed.
