Just a quick check, I don't have any time anymore. Still doing my thesis ¬.¬

- Remove Cancel in tags.
- I honestly think your 2nd Kiai should end on 01:29:694.
- You didn't use more than 20% of the song and that's unrankable. You better map the first part to make it rankable.
- Blue circle color does not make any relevance with the BG. Change it to something else?
- Your map is missing a Hard Diff! Please make a Hard diff or else you won't get this map ranked. Make sure to make a good spread.
- You forgot to change the beatmap creator to Cancel. Replace the current username you have right now.
- Don't forget to add your old username in tags.

[Easy]

- Bump your HP Drain Rate +1 to match with your difficulty spread.
- Bump your Approach Rate +1 too to match it more!! XD

00:41:419 (3) - Inconsistent Spacing. Please fix this one.
00:45:556 (3) - Can you try moving this note away from the previous slider? The overlap is bad and players might not be able to read this easily.

00:42:798 (3) - I honestly think it's not a good time to use an anti-jump here. Increase the spacing instead? The circle is mapped on the higher volume beat that lands after the sentence said by the mysterious speaking woman, therefor I'd rather use anti-jump for it.
00:44:867 - Increase the stream up to this part? Don't forget to move the spinner on 00:44:953 if you do this. Then the spinner would end too fast and neither there's a reason to use a circle instead of a slider.
01:06:936 - There's a missing note here. Add one please. Fixed.
01:37:281 (1,2,3) - Exaggerated spacing. Please reduce ;_; Fixed.

- Add custom combo colours
- Offset in all diffs should be 1.414 (-5) don't forget to resnap all notes and timing sections.
- the Audio In-Lead is 597 on all diffs. Change it to 0 in all diffs since it's not needed in your map.
- The kiai times are inconsistent through the diffs. My suggestion is to take the kiai time from [Easy] and make it the same in every other diff.
- Update the beatmap creator to "Cancel" ? add your old name in the tags.

The rhythm and spacing are a bit random but with some simple changes I think you can make it much more interesting!
Some rhythm suggestions:

You mainly follow the vocals too much while there are some pretty good beats left in the background to use

Offset is different on all difficulties, change the offset so it's the same on all diffs please.
Imo you need a Hard difficulty. Right now the jump from Normal to the Insanes is way too big moving from mainly 1/1 rhythms straight to streams. I really think you need another diff inbetween.
Taiko diffs have an extra red section, all difficulties should be using the same timing.
You should remove the Taiko BG. Also, it looks very bad during gameplay and with the SB.
I think it'd be better if you mapped some of the opening of the song to give the map some build up.
The fade out of the mp3 could have been done better, it ends kinda abruptly.
Make audio lead in the same on all difficulties.
Your inherited kiai sections on difficulties aren't snapped properly, snap them to the timeline so the kiai doesn't appear earlier than it should.
Custom combo colours would suit the BG more than the default imo.
You don't need to put yourself in tags...

[Easy]

All your objects are unsnapped, resnap everything.
I actually think the rhythm could be better here, long vocals like 00:24:862 would be great for longer sliders, notes like 00:28:315 (2) - are kinda strange on their own because they don't coincide with a strong beat / clap so it might be a good idea to add more notes in places like this. While there's nothing wrong with the current placement I think you could probably follow the song a little more closely for a better flow.
Is the break really necessary? Since you've cut the song the playtime isn't that long so imo you don't really need a break here.
Why are the combo colours different on this difficulty? Make it the same as the others.

00:22:108 (1) - For an easy I think this spinner is kinda short.
00:31:074 (3,1,2) - Since the beat is very strong in this section I think it'd be a good idea to add more 1/1 notes.

00:44:177 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - If you're going to map the stream sound here I think you need to add a note at 00:44:781 - like 01:28:918 (8,1) -
00:46:763 (4) - This jump is huge compared to the rest of this section. Consider reducing it a bit?
00:53:488 (4) - I think a slider here would be good to continue the flow like 00:47:970 (4) - you'd have to reconsider the pattern though.
00:53:832 (1,2,3,4,5) - With the fast SV these sliders are pretty bad and made me slider break sometimes, it would be better as a stream if you want this rhythm.
01:35:212 (1) - Is this new combo really necessary? Since it's stacked under a slider it's barely noticeable.
01:40:039 (1) - Maybe delete? I think the ending is better with one long spinner.

The spacing changes way too often and some of the jumps are huge making it awkward to play at times. =|

Are those speed ups really necessary? It just seems to making things even harder than they need to be on an already difficult map.

I can't really comment on this diff because I can't pass it very well. It seems kinda overmapped to me and a huge difficulty spike from Muzukashii, I think it would be best to find some more taiko mods for this.

Well those are my opinions after playing. Overall I think this needs some more mods, good luck!
