i love S i R i R u's Pleasant but for the love of god remove half the skin it's making my eyes bleed. don't get me wrong the skin is very pretty and well made, but i CAN'T SEE ANYTHING AT ALL!. anyways ignore what i just said i will just remove the skin elements myself later 
just for future skinning, please make sure that :
The spinner should be easier to see where the actual big spinning circle is and have a center point (in this case you do have a center point so i don't mind that) and the hitburst is blending in with the skin/combo colors which makes it even more difficult to read.
btw it would be nice if you could also make a custom hp bar
setting that aside and on to the real mod

im a little worried about your combo colors. you let the vocals stay on the earlier combo for about 1-2 beats somtimes. since this seems to be a pattern, feel free to ignore all my new combo suggestions. i just felt that these needed changing the most.
00:51:91 (5) - New combo
00:52:26 (1) - Remove new combo
00:52:95 (3) - New combo
01:03:35 (1) - Remove new combo
01:04:22 (4) - New combo
01:12:20 (1) - Remove new combo
01:12:55 (3) - Add new combo
01:44:28 (6) - Add new combo
01:22:78 (1) - make it 2 1/4 shorter.
02:07:17 (1) - make it 2 /14 longer
02:58:85 (3,4,5,6) - this sounds a little strange.
03:04:57 (1,2,3) - ^ (i think it would be better if you stick too 1/2 vocals)
i might come back and mod the other diffs later, but for now
