Fix all the breaks in the difficulties.

00:30:58 (3) - I hate this slider. The middle one doesn't make sense at all, and seems like it's only there so that the slider extends up to a certain point.
01:25:20 (1,2,3) - Spacing issues.
02:19:13 (4) - Same with 00:30:58.
02:51:56 (1) - This is a very awkward slider. I suggest that in the future you don't follow ALL the vocals, especially the one that is supposed to match this slider.
