This might sound weird, but those "circles" in Lemon Tree are actualy sliders with no slider track. I don't quite know how you can create them, but they're really hard to click. There's also one in "Die Aerzte - Junge" Normal difficulty.
This often happens in the editor(i don't know how to create them exactly, but a procedure was given above), but such "circles" can be easily found by hovering cursor over them, the "fake" circles will show a grey dot like a slider. What's more, if you play the map yourself, you'll find you will definitely miss the circle however you click it. These things don't make much sense, their only use is to prevent players from FCing. That's the reason he has many miss in a regular play compared to a relax play, it's not related to the fact he missed on that pattern with relax. He clearly had the speed to play a bunch of much harder and more spaced jumps that the map had in a bunch of other parts, and consistently. The only thing that stopped him from FC is the reading part there.
