The older Bg is much better In my opinion.
The actual BG looks weird with 1024 x 576 also the actual bg is not related to the band or song.. or it is?
In my opinion is useless kiai time 02:05:513 to 02:24:699. Song have enough kiai time. Dont over do it IMO (Remake diff is good kiai time imo)
In my opinion Combo color 2 is much similar to combo color 3. Make combo color 3 a little more dark

00:34:118 (1) - In the end of spinner remove Finish. Add a clap, or even no hitsound. Clap, makes sense because of the drums, finish no, its not even in a white big tick and in 00:36:909 (1) you have a finish 100% right
00:36:909 - Hitsound 60% volume, Looks nice since is Kiai Time xP [Suggestion]
00:58:536 (2,3) - make this beats in same position of 00:55:746 (4,5).
00:58:885 - back to hitsound 55% volume [Suggestion]
01:27:839 (2) - i dont like whistle in WHOLE slider, it is something of some OLD map. looks annoying [Suggestion]
In My opinion and Hitsound style, i would put Whistles ONLY in Kiai Time! [Suggestion]
Since this is a rock song this need CLAPS that remind drums! (this song is full of drums

Hooo why Spacing 0,7? It looks like spacing for a easy diff. In my opinion. it's not wrong but its not recommended because if you use defult skin.. the "300" will overlap a little bit of the next circle. 0.8 or 0.9 spacing looks much better to me. [Suggestion]
almost whole map dont have Hitsounds?? looks empty indeed..
01:12:490 (5,6,7) - circles like this.. looks like a triplet (3 stream beats) but it isn't. So In my opinion you need use 0.6 or 0.7 for dont look like a triplet (this for same cases in whole song) [Suggestion]
Just this, for this diff, sliders shapes and circles positions looks great to me!

Reduce Ar to 7, and it look much like a Hard diff, IMO [Suggestion]
01:42:141 (4,5,6,7,1) - this stream when i test in 25% or 50% dont feel drums or vocals.
01:41:531 (2) - this circle also dont feel drum or vocal. (same for some situations in whole map)
