Here is the video

I could make a guest diff if you want, it would probably be Hard or Insane.

About slider velocity
I noticed in the song folder many copies of the same background picture, you should only have one.
One a side note I found one (the same) of a better size since backgrounds are supposed to be 800x600 or 1024x768

You should full submit after the background change.

Edit :
For the video you should put -160 Video Offset and full submit since it when I downloaded it, the video didn't show up.
Also open up the timing setup panel and do this for all your diffs:
Enter in the BPM 98.5
Pick somewhere in your map where you would want your preview point to be, and then click Timing at the very top and then click "Set Current Position as Preview Point".
(The next part is for your Sweet Dreams but remember this for when you'll make your other diffs too)
Instead of new "Timing Points", replace them with "Inherited Points".
To do this go to the point in time where you want to add it, select the First one with the original offset and click the green + button.
The lines in the time-line should now be green instead of red and the circles in the Timing Setup panel should be too. (Except for the first one)
Timing Points are for when the BPM changes, Inherited points are for things like changing the samples sounds, starting and ending the Kiai time, changing the volume, and changing the slider velocity. Remove the it if there is no difference between 2 consecutive Inherited Points.

Edit2:
A few more things, since the BPM changed you should probably click these 2 options in the top "Timing"
1. "Recalculate slider length" and 2. "Resnap all notes"
For the video did you click insert background, choose the video, then set the offset?
If it works fine on your computer, then I guess each time you update you should choose fullsubmit until it get's it right.
You should probably add 2 more colours so there's more then just 2 switching back and forth.
Although colours too similar to each other aren't that great either.
Also just so you know in case you didn't know you can change the grid level to place beats more specifically, and if you hold alt you can choose adjust the distance spacing so the beats are closer or further away from each other when "distance snap" is enabled.
Meaning in easier maps you could use one that's lower and a harder map higher, kind of like slider velocities.

Edit 3:
Make sure that the BPM, Tags, Source and Colours are constant in all beatmaps.
To make sure your colours are the same, you can open the ".osu" file with Notepad. You will see a section titled
[Colours] with
Combo1 : (#,#,#)
Combo2 : (#,#,#) etc...
You can copy and paste this into the other difficulties to make sure you have the same colours.
Make sure you only have 1 Timing point (The red line or circle instead of green), then resnap all notes and recalculate slider length (Those are in Timing at the very top of the screen) so everything are snapped on one of the ticks that appear in 1/6.
After if could of snapped circles and sliders 1/6 too early or 1/6 to late so double check to make sure. Spinner should be dealt with manually after if they don't start and end on a tick that appears in 1/6
I'm glad to see the video's working now

About slider velocity
To change the velocity within a song, create a inherited timing point and in the Timing panel where you would like it to change.
Then you will notice under timing a section titled "Difficulty" and under it "Slider velocity multiplier".
0.75x will make it slower and 1.5x will make it faster, this also affects the distance snapping.
You can also input your own multiplier (ex: 0.5, 0.8, 1.75, 2.0 ...etc) but it's better to stick with the defaults unless you want to create gradually increasing or decreasing slider speeds. I've seen some maps do it and are usually in the insanes.
