There are some weird distance snapping problems that aren't really significant enough for me to point out. Just saying it here in case you didn't notice them.
  1. Inconsistant Tags. Add kite's name etc.
  2. 01:55:568 (5) - Tracing back in an easy is NOT a good idea by any means (We're talking about people who JUST started playing osu here). I suggest unstacking them.

  1. 01:08:651 (3) - I'm not a particularily large fan of 2+ repeats on sliders in normals, simply because the slower reaction times for newer players wont be able to pick it up in time. But its slow enough, up to you if you want to keep it.
  2. 02:10:004 (3) - Same here. A good alternative would be 2 1/1 sliders. Also gives a bit of a break between sliders.

  1. 00:51:733 (3,4) - You're missing some default normal hits? The new map editor should allow you to add these without inherit points (top left)
  2. 02:33:463 (9) - I wouldn't mind if these were slider stream jumps as well. Also, the next part following (02:34:252 (2,3,4)) probably would play better as well if it was like this on the timeline: http://puu.sh/1hIoG and maybe arranged something like: http://puu.sh/1hIpQ followed by http://puu.sh/1hIpk. Not only does this play more easily because the rhythm of the current pattern is hard to grasp, but this also follows your current patterns pretty well.
  3. 03:03:012 (2,3,4,5) - Just a suggestion: Wanna swap (2,3) with (4,5) on the timeline? The effect will be more interesting than a linear star.

  2. 02:17:673 (2) - Remove finish, because I feel it has strange sounds which emitted.
  3. 02:33:914 (1,2) - Slider end of (1) isn't appropriate to rhythm of those. Perhaps, move slider end to instead of (2) be better.

Normal

  1. 00:36:721 - 03:46:420 Unsnapped a lot of green line. Please resnap them.
  2. 01:03:012 (1) - Move slider 2nd point to left 5 grids? It would flow better.

Update : Taiko Muzukashii
The normal section thing is a guideline from the Taiko rules, it would seem. I've been told many times to not use the soft set. It's easy to adjust the timing section volumes accordingly in any case, and using the custom set without any custom sounds can mess others up if they have custom sounds in their skin.
