imo the patterns in the diff are too random as the arrangements of notes are too inconsistent ( ie same song sections with totally different patterns )

Also some note sections don't fit the music well. See below for details :

01:43:588 ( 489 ~ 491 ) - This break ( or might be patterns, I dunno ) seems to be random and it doesn't fit the flow of the diff. There should be more notes

04:04:588 ( 1204 ) - This seems unnecessary as the music is fading and it's not easy to hit the sliders properly

As I found the hitsounds quite random, my suggestions will take pitch as the highest priority
I've skipped some repeated suggestions to shorten the list. The current one is already very long though :<

00:26:900 ( 109 ) - Blue note ? ( 109 & 110 have a same level of high pitch, so using k for both fit better )

00:29:713 ( 117, 118 ) - o o ? ( Following the pitch of vocal, just like what you did in 110 ~ 114 )

00:31:963 ( 124 ) - Red note ? ( 125 has a higher pitch, so d -> k fits better )

  3. 03:58:973 (2,3,4,5) - Err, for me the ending's angle is quite weird orz... A more straightforward arc gives a better ending for me:

Also what does "Pieces" mean or is, and why is it the source? Set Source to Touhou, if "Pieces" is relevant to the song then put it in the tags instead.
