Enquiry: What if two people both choose option 1 and target each other?

Everyone shoots at the same time.
So assuming the last two people remaining both choose to shoot each other, who wins?

Nobody, it resets until only one of them dies.
(This also happens to the whole group, if EVERYONE (alive, that is) dies in a single round)

For the record, I always knew I had to do nothing. I just really wanted everyone to know that I tried to shoot the pony.

1st round: I'm not at the top of my group, I'm a bit concealed, and it doesn't seem like people will pick to shoot in the first round. I'll shoot the person in first in anticipation of the next round
2nd round: I'm now on top of my group, it's likely someone will recognize my name and shoot me. I shoot myself.
3rd round: Jinx mentioned shooting me. Yeah right, bub. I did nothing, knowing he wouldn't shoot. His shooting himself instead of doing nothing was a bonus.
4th round: I don't know his last move, whether he did nothing or shot someone to finish the last person in his group. Likely he'll act defensively because what I did last was to do nothing. Knowing I wouldn't do it again, he'll shoot himself. Therefore I had my mind set on do nothing.
However, doing nothing would represent neutrality towards ponies, so I decided to shoot.

I didn't expect to win, so that was just luck. Most of my moves were shooting myself in the face, because I'm guessing people hate ponies, so I guess it wasn't luck, it was the logic of ponies being hated among others I guess. The one other round was me doing nothing, I got lucky that time I guess :/. I honestly thought I was going to lose because I thought he was going to do nothing.

I did nothing the whole game, then tried to shoot round 4 because I figured my opponent would also do nothing (and because I was feeling a bit adventurous that day). oh wow, I even thought he might have suicided the whole time just for that reason, but after 3 rounds I didn't think anyone could survive that long suiciding every time o-o
