Overall: I found the black combo color annoying (not so distinctive on the black parts) on the black-and-white background, maybe change it to dark gray?

01:32:463 (2,3) - Maybe change these two into 1 slider (starting at the time position of 2). Now it sounds (to me) like the slider starts to late (w.r.t. the lyrics)
01:34:462 (4,1) - ^

Hard:
02:39:934 (5,6,7) - maybe unstack these? I read it as if there was a quarter beat between them.

Insane:
00:55:478 (4) - I fail to spot this note until the last moment (more than once). Maybe it is resolved when you adjust the black combo color.
01:16:969 (1,2) - I find these sliders awkward w.r.t. the lyrics. Although maybe it's just me.
