the lead in time should be the same for all diffs. set the easy's lead in to 1500 like the other diffs.
Preview times are inconsistent. remember they must be the same for all diffs.

consider increasing every setting except for the CS by 1 for a smoother flow to the song.
00:08:826 (1) - maybe make the slider like this so that it'd somewhat form a blanket for the next slider. i think doing this would flow smoother to the next note durung gameplay.
00:11:683 (1) - since you have a slidertick file, make that slidertick before the repeat is hit a clap for consistency.
00:15:254 (1) - idk about this...instrumental is still going and i feel that this is placed at an awkward spot. move this spinner up by 1/1, and ofc reduce the spinner by 1/1. also add notes at that empty spot to follow the instrumental in the song. it makes me feel comfortable on where this note is placed since it flows to the instrumental nicely IMO.
00:30:254 (4) - maybe it's just me, but this 2/1 slider breaks the flow in this combo since (1) is a 1/1 slider and the flow should keep going if this is a 1/1 slider, so reduce this slider by 1/1 and either add a repeat or add a circle to keep the flow doing from the previous pattern.
00:37:397 (1) - maybe make this a curved slider to blanket the beginning of the next slider? again i think doing this would make a smooth path to the next note during gameplay IMO.
00:45:969 (2) - i think i heard cymbals on this note, so either add a finish with the whistle, or replace the whistle for a finish to match it.
00:48:826 (6) - make this a NC. this is where the lyrics change in this note.
00:50:076 (1) - remove the NC if you follow the suggestion above. the lyrics are still going from the previous note, and replace the claps for finishes to not only match the vocals, but to match the cymbals in the background music.
01:00:254 (1) - personally, i don't like where this spinner ends. for me, it ends at an awkward spot in which the vocals continue at the 1/2 tick. i suggest ending this spinner at 01:01:504 because that's where the instrumental starts all over again in the song.
01:25:076 (1) - this slider should start 1/2 ahead because it looks odd starting that note at "se". it follows "sekai", but if you move it 1/2 up, it'll end at "kai" in which it'll flow to the map and it'll make a nice ending to the song before the spinner.

00:17:219 (3) - maybe you can move this note 1/2 back to follow the piano? i think moving it here might cause players to hit this note too early IMO even though it's following the vocals here.
00:30:790 - maybe add a circle to follow the guitar in this part of the song?
00:41:326 - maybe add a circle to follow the drums in the song?
00:43:647 (2) - remove the finish at the beginning. it sounds unfitting to me and no cymbals are heard in this part.
