ah, you should set BG size with 1024×768 or 800×600.
and, hit sound, Your volume control is poor I think, you can use volume difference. and this hit sounds a bit weird for me. try to put consistance (2,4) it's common and other Ranked maps similar to. ( also you can add more hitsounds with music)

too fast I suggest slider velocity under 2.00.
I suggest OD8 and HP7 or 8, it's more common ( if not aim to Approval.)
Placement
too weird for me because there are many unexpected jumps, changing spaces and so on...

Ugh there's so much wrong with this map. I'm going to hold off my mod, but my conclusion may very well end up being a remap suggestion.

Sorry I just noticed it's not fully mapped and I usually don't mod maps that are only half mapped. But I'll give suggestions and kinda mod I guess cause I like this :)
(only doing osu standard)

AR9 is okay
OD8 is very high while you have a high HP Drain Rate. You'll be limiting it only for the pro of the pros. I recommend OD6, maybe 7.
CS4 is much more readable plus if you do OD6, HD+HR will be possible I think.

I like this skin, and combo colors as well ;)

00:13:420 (1) - The jumps from previous notes give off the feeling the slider velocity is faster. Consider making it faster for just those 2 sliders.
00:22:677 (3) - Remove finish
00:26:106 (2,3,4,5) - Hard to read
00:42:135 (6,1) - No time inbetween these two circles to comprehend a jump. Jumps like this in a stream I've never really seen before.
