This may be a little hard to decide. If possible i'd like to hear more opinions about the SV in taiko. My opinion is based on this:
Scroll Speed: 280BPM+1.2SV>200BPM+1.6SV>280BPM+1.1SV
We'll consider 200 as a high BPM anyway and 1.6 is the upper limit in usual guideline.

emm anyway i think it'd be better to hear more pro guys' voices.

Yeah.. 1,40 is good but is an abuse with that BPM... In a normal map (like 140 - 180 BPM the notorious ''Change'' is in 1,50 - 1,60) here with 280 is in 1,0 - 1,1.. ..

Hm... you have should find way more mods for a Taiko map which is mapped on such high BPM. There are many issues which could be modded away.
The way it was tryed to map isn't bad, but there are many patterns which are hand-switching unfriendly as for example kdd d d ddd <- this is really tiering to play because of this BPM.

Also we have there some Taiko Rule Problems (does even anyone care of them? They are officialy approved)

Rule
Taiko maps generally don't use the same defined break time sections as osu!, instead featuring short "rest sections". This means to avoid the use of constantly 1/4 notes and add some 1/1 sections for the player to recover.

00:14:207 to 01:09:064 - This is unrankable. You can't map nearly one minute without breaks, not just because it is tiering for a player(especialy in such BPM). It has also something to do with the flow and the usage of notes in a specific way.
00:15:171 (2,3,4) - there is no sound for a tripplet, so why did you placed it there? To be honest I did the same mistake in the past and trust me, it's not a good solution of making some different pattern constalations by using 1/4 there.
00:18:600 (1,2,3,4) - same as above and the (4) plays hard because of the ddd.
00:20:207 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5,1,1) - Same as before
- same goes to the other 1/4 notes -
00:27:493 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - This isn't 1/4. It's 1/3.

Guideline
Unnecessary BPM changes are not allowed unless the song has a relatively low BPM. Overlapping notes are not allowed, too, unless the song has a suitable changing BPM part for this with no complex streams. When changing BPM it is advisable to use the method or fixing it with using a series of slowing slider velocity sections:

00:41:636 - bad transition with the new SV, dosen't look nice as well. Better to use a series of velocity sections
00:51:064 - you could have here a big K/D with a little 1/2 break at 00:51:171
01:02:314 (1) - should be a gap here to have a better entry into the 1/4 section and because there is no real sound for a d.
01:35:636 - this time line could be moved one 1/2 later to have a better transition to the other SV.
02:21:278 - I'm not sure about this SV change.

I hope you consider this and unrank it for some changes. Right now there are things which should be fixed, especially these taiko rule/guideline problems.
Don't worry Kuri, it's normal to have those mistakes in such high BPM maps. As I said I did some of these too, since it is hard to map it. But I wonder that this has been approved without big mods or advice from other people before approving.

Sorted by priority:

1. 00:41:636 - this is NOT readable, defintely. The SV change makes no sense, the slowdown is not reasoned and the kat is hidden by overtaking.
2. The taiko received only 2 small mods, when there is such a mess in the taiko, like OnosakiHito already pointed up
3. there are no rest moments like Onosaki said.
4. there are overmapped/offmapped parts.

Please, receive WAY MORE taiko mods, especially on such a critical map.

Those sliders bothered me too. What's up with that? You can read them with approach circles but with HD it's like it appears out of nowhere.

Specifically:
02:39:707 (7) and then 02:40:350 (2). (2) just appears out of nowhere because it's exactly the same shape and spot and the time spacing from (7)'s fade (which happens when it's over) is only two white ticks.

There's also:
02:31:350 (1) and 02:31:993 (4) that kinda stack but this is fine(?) and doesn't need to be changed because (4)'s shape allows the end to be visible and you can sightread it (and thus deduce the start) even with HD, altho seeing the start circle's spot might be borderline.

This is a fast song, it's already easy to tell that it's not the best choice for a taiko map, yet you mapped this... to the full extent of its difficulty.
Bad idea!

This is definitely a song that needs to be mapped lighter, not to every note, to every stream, to every vocal. That just leads to a horrible stream that's hard to read, way too long, and often not nice with the song. The song's just too fast for that.

However, the slow parts you mapped are actually nice, even if you mainly followed the guitar, which is generally the flaw in this map, but only because it's common sense that if the song slows your mapping will too.

I'm fine with the osu! map. Just needs more looks at the Taiko. In general the responses have been negative mainly towards the SV. I'd suggest you lower that.

I'm sorry, but the Taiko diff for this map is not too hard. I wouldn't call myself pro in any way and I passed the Taiko diff first try. I think that it is perfectly suitable to be ranked considering the speed of the map and complexity perfectly matches the song.

Just my 2 cents.

00:54:493 (1,1,2) - This is 1/6, like the other patters you used before. But it would be probably better if you use a big don/kat again as you did before ^ and because you used at 01:01:350 - a 1/6 as transition to the next part.
01:35:636 - This not eshould be in the same SV like the whole stream.
01:36:493 (2,1,2,1,1,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,1,1) - Au. I think using two plet pattern would be good. The dripplets are kind of akward? At least to me they are.
01:52:993 (2,3,4,1) - k kkd is hard to play because of alternaiting. Delete 01:53:153 (4) - note?
02:00:386 (2) - Mayve d, because of previous said reason. Obviously kat fit's better, but don't forget what feels better to play.

02:47:636 (1) - This is unrankable. You must change it because of the taiko rules. It's snapped to 1/2, but it's a 280 BPM song, so hard to play.

04:23:634 - the kiai should have at this place a break.

As you can see, I didn't said much about the patterns since I don't like to change them from someone. Those said things are more basic things.

- Why does this have rapidly flashing kiai fountains? (aka ending kiai time then starting it like one second later) This is pretty much against the rules for taiko difficulties last time I checked.

- Why does this have less kiai times than the taiko difficulty omg what is happening this should be the other way around
00:10:779 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - Why not add a whistle to all of these rather than every other one? The snare sound is present in all of them.
00:52:778 (4) - For some reason, I feel this would be a lot cooler if it was reversed.
